Debbie at Eternal Trendz applied ceramic pro to my white Yukon XL and did an phenomenal job! It was a big decision for me due to cost and Debbie was extremely patient and explained the options and process. We had numerous discussions and covered the same things several times to ensure I clearly understood and had reasonable expectations. The SUV was cleaned up/prepped for the application superbly. She found a few chips in the paint and took the initiative to address before applying the CP. I am extremely pleased with the appearance of the vehicle from the CP application. Its too soon to get the experience of the easy clean that ceramic application provides but I expect to be even more satisfied when cleaning time comes. It was worth the expense to not have to wax ever again! Debbie is meticulous and takes immense pride in the service she provides and results she produces. Jay, Derrick, and the others there (didnt get their names) were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well.

I went to have speakers installed, didnt have an appointment but they were very friendly and were able to accommodate me as a walk in. It took about 2 hours but they did a phenomenal job. I will be back to have other speaker work done by them. Highly recommend

Went here based on the Google reviews, not so bad right? LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP! Just like the majority of the reviews there, this is the worst place to order custom rims from. I ordered rims 6 weeks ago (after being promised they would arrive in two weeks or less) and they still have not come in. When I requested a refund, I keep getting the run around because only the accountant (that never comes in) can do refunds. This place is quick to take your money and refuses to give it back. So if you have the free time to have your money taken, get horrible customer service and love to file lawsuits, this is the place for you.

Fast and affordable service. Jay is the man!!!! To me as a walk in during this pandemic. Installed my custom rims and tires when other tires shops told me they couldn’t do it. I dropped off my 2021 Hyundai with less than a couple thousand miles at 8am with an appointment to get the windows tinted. The car wasnt done until around 8pm that evening. Never got a call once. When I did pick up, the glass was so dirty and covered with streaks that I could barely see out of the windshield, also the interior was covered in water spots. Got the car home and in the garage, I inspect it and I find numerous new dings on both quarters, scratches on the front and back glass from cutting the tint on the car, scratch on my fender, swirl marks on the paint around all window openings.I have called and given the shop the chance to things right. So far to no avail.I definitely do not recommend bringing your car here, I am in the collision repair business and this situation could have easily been resolved. Be aware of tint shops in waldorf!

This is the worst place to get your windows tinted. I will NEVER give this company any sort of business whatsoever. Tried to keep my consumer dollars local since moving to Waldorf, but had to take my vehicle back up to D&L Tinting in Baltimore County to get my windows redone. This is the second car in which I had to make three... Thats right, three trips to get the tint right, and it still wasnt 100%. They charged me $250 for what looked like a $100 tint job. Also wanted me to pay $50 extra to cover the dot matrix on my rear window, whereas other places like D&L include this in their price. This place sucks with everything. Customer service is lacking as well. If I could give a negative rating of this place, I would.

Jay and the team were all very helpful in fulfilling my very unique requests for customization. Staff was creative and seemed equally as excited about my transformation as I was. Highly recommend.

Went in with little to no money for some black wheels, they told me that i can use there layaway system to make payments. That was really helpful for people like me who want what they want but cant buy it right away.After i saw how cool the wheels looked i asked if they can tint my windows, and they were able to squeeze me in and tint them in less than an HR. 10/10 will get my next cars windows tinted there again.

I purchased my own lift kit, they installed, experienced unforeseen issues but worked with me to totally exceed my expectations. Definitely recommend.

Great service! After getting turned away by five different tire shops in the area, these guys where able to knock it out quickly at a very fair price considering the shop equipment required ( no they dont use the slandered tire shop machine). I needed to install low profile tires to gold rims for my project car and all other shops where afraid to scratch the rims. These guys got it done quick wail I watch with no marks what so ever on my rims.I also looked at some of the other projects that where being worked on. Top notch work and I wish i would have found them sooner. I will be back.

They put an MMD V Series spoiler on my Mustang GT and it looks beautiful! It only took them about 2 hours to do it. The person who called me from the shop tried to charge me more than what I was told but Jay stuck to the agreed upon price. I am happy with the customer service and the work.Will definitely be back for more! That is my go-to place now for custom work.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. I set an appointment to get my windows tinted. Came on time and waited assuming that it would be around an hour since I had an appointment. I waited for 3 hours for my windows to get tinted. I asked at 2 hrs what was taking so long and they said the guy doing my tint went to lunch 🤷🏽‍♂️

Told my husband they could put parts on his car for $100 less than another local shop, then charged $100 more due to it taking longer than expected A phone call would have been great once they noticed it was going to take longer, or even letting my husband know prior to picking up his car but nope. The other shop was also including an alignment which my husband didnt receive from this shop! Lying just to receive a customer is not great customer service!

First I would say the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! As I waited to receive my tires and rims delivered, they stayed in constant contact with me letting me know the status on where the tires and rims are, and when I should receive them. Today (4/27) I picked up my Audi A8 with my new 20 inch Asanti rims and brand new tires and a fresh washed and wax car. Jay did a great job!!! I would recommend Eternal Trendz Customs to all my friends or anyone who ask me about where I got my rims from. GREAT JOB TO ALL INVOLVED!!! Thanks.

I had rims and tires that needed mounting and balanced for a custom car. No tire stores would help. Here we got a next day appointment and had them completed quickly. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. Would recommend everyone to come here.

I went here 2 days ago to get an estimate on wrapping an 04 Chevy Corvette. This was the third place I stopped at for an estimate. To my surprise they were by far the most expensive. I was quoted $5500. I told the staff that the quote was a little pricey, especially for a small car. The staff began explaining that wraps need to be done perfectly, which I understand. But heres where they lost me. They said that the costs of materials are high. Umm..... Smaller car means less material, less material means lower cost, but apparently not here. I told staff that $5500 was almost paint prices. They agreed saying that its a little less than painting. For the price, Id rather paint my car than have them rip me off. Just for reference, I went to a high end shop in Sterling, Va whose price was considerably cheaper than here.Ive been to this shop before for car audio but unfortunately theyve now lost my business. Do your self a favor and shop around.

Had this place mount and balance wheels and tires. It was not a great experience, I had to go to another shop to have all the wheels balanced again after Eternal Trendz said they were balanced. Either the balancing machine is junk or the operator doesnt know what he is doing. Either way as a customer it was a poor experience and I will not be going back here.

I have to come back and give them a great review. The last time I was in here, I gave them a bad review because they wasted my time on a Saturday. Jay called me can apologized about the customer service and told me to bring my vehicle back and the tint would be done for free and he would wash the vehicle for free. What can I say, Jay is a man of his word and delivered 5 star work and customer service!!!!! If you have any issues with the service, talk to Jay and he will make it right!!!!

This was my first visit but I was very happy with the work. Removed most of the scratches from my wife hitting a pillar parking and streaks from snow removal. Would’ve been a 5 but it was my first visit and some cleaner was left on the window from cleaning the dash. But to be fair I didn’t see it until I pulled off. They were more than willing to correct anything I asked.

This place is trash. I wish ZERO STARS was an option. I just purchased a car 2 weeks ago. I went to get my windows tinted for $150. I left 3 hours later. The next morning I realized there were small scratches all around my windows. When I took my vehicle back they only offered to buff the entire vehicle for $200. The owner never took responsibility for the horrible scratches on my car. Im disgusted by the lack of quality customer service. If you care about quality customer service and care for your vehicle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

2016 JEEP Wrangler JKU- Had to make three Trips ... get tinted ..take back to show bad job... second tint job- first Tint job all the edges were over 1/2 inch..car people know what that means. Terrible.- second (they agreed to fix) job. Left glue on all over the place ..wanted to charge more money and left edges unfinished..- again.. at the time, 3k mile 45k dollar JEEPI will go somewhere else to get it done properly for the third time.What a waste.Would not recommend to anyone

Purchased some wheels from here. . Drove home and the ride was not what i epected for my 550 mercedes car . So i call the same day to tell them about this and was told to call back the next day.I went there the next day to see if they would switch out the wheels for me . I paid 2000 for the wheels and wanted to get a wheel that was $560 cheaper and was tolded to give them $1000 for restocking fee. at this point i am stuck with the wheels.and will not buy from here again. Way over priced.

Great experience, used legit 3m tint, had a couple bubbles pop up but took care of it problem. Was straight too, told all legal.limita before go it but that they could.do what ever I wanted. Prices very comparable and lifetime warranty on the tint too

Got new rims which had to be ordered. They kept me updated on ETA and installed exactly when they had estimated arrival. They also recommended followup outside service to ensure my cars troubles were resolved.Everybody was super friendly and helpful, and its a nice clean shop. Very fast on install, comfortable waiting area options with all the amenities.They followed up like pros on a minor concern recod by a friend and others at no cost. Hubcentric rings were optional, AR rims matched the car, but tire mech felt they were needed due to gaps, and a motorhead friend said same as Trendz, sometimes yeh, but I didnt bother with my own. I have no clue about cars but Im at the end of a long ordeal for messed up treads and rely on my only car for very long commutes.Eternal Trendz ordered hubcentric rings and installed them quickly anyway at no cost due to my paranoia. Thank you!Definitely will go back again if needed. Waldorfs lucky to have small biz still treating customers like family. Keep mom & pop shops alive! :)

This is our 3rd vehicle and 4th time using Eternal Trendz and we dont take our cars anywhere else for tint! A1 job everytime!

Very disappointed. I purchased the Full Detail. All windows had to be cleaned again. There is still a film on my front window. Wax and water spots were left on the car. The entire car had to be wiped down again. Definitely not worth the price.

I had my windows tinted and they did a decent job of fixing the bubbles and redoing the windows that could not be corrected. However, I discovered my car was dented after leaving the location. I called them first thing in the morning and all I was getting was there is no way we could have dented your car. It was done when the brought it into the garage next to the lift. The dent is too high on the door for it to be anything else. They have lost a customer and money since I was going to get some other tint work and wheels from their location. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CARS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISHAPS AT THEIR LOCATION. ISNT THAT WHY BUSINESSES HAVE INSURANCE?

I have been getting work done on my vehicles here for ten years. This is the only business that I trust for aftermarket installs in my higher end vehicles. They were able to successfully install amps and subs to a new model S Class, SL, and work on our classic 1970 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. They also do great tint work were able to balance out the factory blue dye in MB glass for a uniform tint. I have brought all of my vehicles here and recommend them to anyone that I know that wants their cars to be pampered properly. Next stop: shoes for the Audi! The staff and owner take great pride in their work and will be brutally honest if something will not suit your vehicle. I appreciate a place that gives full disclosure. Did I mention that I drive an hour past many other shops because this is the only place that I trust with my fleet.

This would be a ZERO RATING, IF I HAD AN OPTION.I was looking for a place to get my car detailed locally. So, I used google to search locations in my area. I came across this place. I checked out their website and continued onto others in area as well. I decided on here and then directly under their info is a Groupon offer for them. Even better. I took Groupon offer and called the next day for appt. I was scheduled for the Saturday morning. I walk in, they asked what I was quoted, I said it was for the Groupon offer interior/exterior a $480 value. We do not except Groupon anymore. We havent in 2 years. I purchased this 4 DAYS AGO. They claim Groupon has not removed them. Yet if you look directly under their name a it is a Groupon offer. Nowhere, on website, FB page, anywhere does it say this. They said dont worry Groupon will give you a refund, they have before. I know they will because they are an honorable business.

Walked in for an estimate to run an amplifier power wire, and noticed a few red flags.1. The Asian guy at the front desk was not helpful, he directed me to a guy who was stuffing his face off to the right of the desk talking to a woman.2.The guy quoted me $100.00 to run an amp wire ...... I think not.3. Certainly I didnt go back, they clearly dont know customer service.4. 100 bucks to run the wire through the firewall and not all the way to the rear, is beyond highway robbery. Terrible service...I took my Lexus LS430 in to get the windows tinted. They advised in order to tint the rear glass the internal antenna needed to be sanded. Needless to say I had them remove the tint from the other windows and had the tint done elsewhere without any issues.

NEVER used this company for ANY service if you value your hard earned money and quality customer service. I paid over $800 for rims about 6 weeks ago and I still dont have them. I need them because I currently have a bent Rim. I was told you must pay in advance and NO REFUNDS, however I had no clue that it will be 6 weeks later and I would be still waiting for my rims to arrive. I call every other day and Ive been up there 3 times and still the same excuse of we are using a new warehouse. Im convinced that this Company are crooks. DO NOT make the same mistake. DONT let the reasonable prices fool you. Im convinced that they pocketed my hard earned money! Ive called and spoke to the manager and they refuse to give me the owners info so that I can complain. The manager quickly say no refunds after they have had my money for 6 weeks. If you value your money or customer service quality dont use this company!

Ive been here to get my car lights tinted and something was wrong with my front lights instead of these guys just contacting me and letting me know that it wouldnt look right these guys did it anyway and had my light looking like black tape is going around them they just wanted the money it was 150 for the front and 150 for the back and yeah theres a no refund policy so my light are not even tinted the look like black tape holding them together horrible and the onwer look at me like so what like he wanted to fight smh
