Not pleased at all. They are charging $3200 for a custom liner to be installed in our 24 round 48 high above ground pool. The old liner was already taken out. My husband gave them an $1800 deposit & he was told it should be in approximately 10 days. The day I stopped by it had already been 12 days. I was told it may or may not be on the truck they were expecting soon. They would call when he knew. It was July 29th before they bothered to call. The deposit was paid on July 9th. When they called on the it was to inform him that the liner he wanted wasnt available. To my knowledge there was no offer of any compensation for the time that they let him wait for nothing. They just wanted to know it they wanted him to order a different liner. I was so angry about the situation that I really couldnt speak to them myself. I found that my husband eventually told them to order the new next custom liner. So far Im definitely not impressed.

I recently had my in-ground pool liner replaced, as the old one had developed dry-rot in a couple of areas and started to crack, and was in need of replacement after may years of use.. The folks at Spa and Pool conducted an inspection, and gave me an estimate for the complete replacement of a new liner, including installation and chemicals. The professional personnel invited my wife and I to the Show Room to discuss potential liners. After looking at several samples, and soliciting the recommendations of the sales people, we chose a new liner. We scheduled installation, as we had to wait for the liner to be ordered, made and delivered by the manufacturer. The liner arrived, and the very professional staff scheduled our install date. Mother nature did not comply, so we had to postpone a day. The very next day, the installers arrived and prepared the pool by removing the old liner, checking for any defects that would effect the installation, and installed the liner. They immediately had the liner in place with 5000 gallons of water from a tanker standing by. We commenced to fill the pool with an additional 15-20,000 gallons of water, and the technicians finished all the cut-ins of jet, skimmers, and underwater light fixtures.I can only say we are ecstatic with the professional installers, sales staff and the whole installation. I would highly recommend any service or purchase from Spa and Pool. Kudos to Candice, Dave, and the super professional install staff. Truly a first class operation!

Spa and Pool Services Inc. did an amazing job. I have had 2 liners installed before from previous companies throughout the years. Spa and Pool of Waldorf are leaps and bounds above those places. The liner turned out beautiful with no wrinkles. These guys went above and beyond. They are masters at what they do and are very professional. I highly HIGHLY recommend them.
