I’ve used Orkin for many years especially during the fall and winter months to keep the field mice out of the house, but I’ve used them for so much more too. Even now, their service and professionalism is still rated above and beyond. They did the termite inspection on my new home and every year and a few months in between the reinspect to insure I’m good. I had a bedbug infestation and took care of it and helped me with removing the infested mattress. I was horrified but they reassured me that I didn’t need to burn down my house. In no time it was resolved (I’m still traumatized and paranoid though). Oh and they offer so many more services that’s beyond what most people know them for and the services is just as good. Highly recommended them above any of the other pest control companies 100%.

Well, for starters, the technician missed 2 separate appointments. I had to call customer care, multiple times just to get in touch with the local branch. I had to get the regional manager involved. Once the technician finally came out, he rushed the job. Didnt hit the entire house, and the pest problem continues to get WORSE. I would not recommend this service to anyone in my area.

I have called Orkin for the past two and a half weeks, leaving messages, sending emails, and contacting corporate and no one has responded or come to my home to service it. For a company that claims to be the premium pest control company, SOMEONE should have answered the phone or called back by now.On another note: Greg was great when he came the first two times. But if the product isn’t working or there are still issues, I expect the company to do their due diligence.

Horrible scheduling because I was rescheduled 3 times. When exterminator finally came, he was very professional and I was pleased with his service.

There service was good from 2019-2020, but now no matter ow many times you call them they do not call back or if youre lucky to even get someone to answer the phone. If you do receive a call back and ask to speak with a manager you do not hear from one or the one of the 2 ladies that answers the phone you never hear from them again either. They act as if they only have one technician to service temple hills - hillcrest heights area.Services are scheduled then cancelled for no reason and if you managed to get someone on the phone to ask why they have no idea why and youre not rescheduled.I an not sure what is going on with this branch but the manager needs to do better unless the staff take their cue fro the manager then this explains a lot.I am switching to Terminix - hopefully, Ill have better luck with them.

Overall experience has been great. I called Orkin since I had swarmed termites on my deck posts and visible signs of termites inside my garage. Therefore, I decided to be pro-active and purchased a 5-year termite plan for unforeseen termites in the future. Termite stakes were placed around the perimeter of my house and will be inspected annually. Because of this decision, I have peace of mind that my home is safe.Right from the start, I was provided personable and knowledgeable customer service from the service rep. The technicians were timely and experience.

I live in a townhome, perimeter shared space. I wanted something that would maintain consistently on keeping my house free from any unwanted bugs, rodents etc.. Pricing is fair. Keep an eye out on coupons which saved me a lot on the first time visit fee. Roughly this service will cost you about $52 every two months. Service was worth it for preventive and/or solving any issues you may have. It was just peace of mind for me. It’s best to keep it under control before letting bugs take control.

My house backs woods. As a result, I have issues with ants during the spring and spiders during summer and fall. I contacted Orkin to help rid my house of these insects. Im very pleased with the service. The technician is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I usually get the same technician, who remembers the previous service. The service was great except the billing. When it was time to charge my card I told the inspector to wait while I get another Card to charge and he didn’t he charged the card and I incurred an overdraft fee. If it would’ve listen instead of doing what he wanted I wouldn’t have gotten the fees on my card, other than that the initial service went very good. I just feel like it was a rushed job. It’s only been a couple days so I can’t speak on if the treatment worked or not

I was very pleased with Maurice and Marcus they were professional and courteous. They did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of my property. They plugged all potential entry ways into my house except for one, they stated was too big and I would have to have it sealed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the contract agreement for one year. I called Customer Service to inquire what services would they be performing for the next year and the young lady wasn’t knowledgeable about it so she put in a request for service to give me a return call with the information. I have 3 business days to cancel. If I don’t get a return call, I will cancel the contract. Stay Tuned... I received a return call from Maurice and I decided to keep the annual contract

I was pleased with how Vanessa explained a ton over the phone which allows me to understand the process better.Maurice came out and was very courteous and explained what Orkin was going to do step-by-step.I only wish that I was able to access my information online. I like to follow the process, make payments, etc.All in all, we are happy customers so far.

I have typically used Terminix in the past but poor service and unprofessional technicians caused me to terminate that relationship. I was a customer with the Orkin Waldorf branch since October 2019. I contacted the company because of a pest problem in my townhouse. The technician was friendly and helpful. My problem is the pest issues was never resolved. Orkin put steel wool and sticky traps in the kitchen, bathrooms, and closets but no poison or bait houses. After over a year of still having the problem I called for an inspector to come out to check the attic. The inspector said that there was rodent activity in the attic and I would need an attic remediation which will cost $5700. He stated that it was nothing else that could be done besides the costly remediation; no poison, traps, or anything else. There was not discount for being a customer, just a huge bill. I had another pest control company check my attic and did not see any mice activity. Yes my attic needed debris removed and new installation but no mice urine or droppings (which is what I contacted Orkin for). The technician explained that with the dust in the attic he would be able to clearly see droppings and urine stains. Long story short I canceled my service with Orkin. The situation with the inspector was totally disheartening. I would not recommend this branch; actually don’t think I would recommend Orkin at all because of situation.

Normally, the company is sensitive to your schedule and needs. The company establishes a very customer-friendly attitude and relationship with their clients. However, our last service on September 24, 2021, was below par and as of October 4, 2021, the company has not responded to multiple calls/messages. Only the outside perimeter was treated and there has been no follow up to treat the property interior.

I had a severe problem with ground bees yellow jackets at my home, they came out 2 days to exterminate them.

They have a great service for a good price and they don’t charge extra if you need services between your normal visits.

Update: They’ve been back several times and the service continues to be excellent! They even came out twice out of cycle to help us with a lady bug and cricket problem. Christian Brindle (technician) inspected both the interior and exterior of my house for signs of termite activity. He assured me that all was good. I accepted his anaylsis because he has conducted past inspections of my house with the same outcome and fortunately, to this day, I have not had any problems. However, I feel confident Orkin would act quickly to eliminate an infestation.

The technician was late. The arrival window was in the morning from 8 to 10. The technician showed up well after 10. After services were performed, the technician left without indicating that he had finished and without giving a review of his findings to the homeowner.

Mf. Morris was extremely professional, courteous and prompt, he knew exactly what needed to be done.

The technician came at 4:03 and left about 4:10. It appears nothing was done. She saw me leave my house and drove off. My husband came out to talk to her and she was gone almost immediately after I left the house.

Orkin does a great job of spraying inside and outside the house to ensure bugs do not enter my house. If the bugs do enter, they end up dying quickly. Orkin has been very responsive to my needs.
