I had a package scheduled to be delivered today between 3:00pm - 4:15pm. To my surprise, the driver tried to deliver at 1:16pm and of course I wasnt home to receive it. The next delivery day was scheduled for Tuesday which was very surprising instead of the next day, which would be Saturday. I called the 800 number and was told that I could pick the package up today and someone would call me to give me the details within a hour. No one called which prompted me to call after 1 1/2 hours. I was given the same info that someone would call with details for me to pick up today. Well time was of the essence and close to their closing time. I decided to drive there and wait for the package. Upon entering the facility, Darren greeted me so pleasantly. He said that someone should have called but he would assist me. Darren went above and beyond to find the truck, which had been back, and locate my package. Kudos to those who go the extra mile when others dont do their part.
Came about 5pm, line was a little long and had to wait but 5 minutes for the cashier to come to the register, but once she got there she handled things very proficiently, and helped 6 people at the same time. And she still was cheerful and upbeat the whole time. Usually I go to Staples to ship, but I will switch now.
Surprisingly painless experience. The shipper sent my package to my PO BOX instead of the physical address I provided. Didnt receive a notification from UPS that my package was being held for pickup, but once I checked the tracking information I called the main line to figure out where exactly it was being held. The representative I spoke with was helpful and friendly. The UPS facility was easy to find and I had no issues picking up my package.
Very help and very friendly (actually seem like they want to be there, which is a nice change of pace compared to a couple of businesses Ive been to lately.) So far have had zero problems there and dont expect any in the future.

The first attempt they didnt ring the door. Then when I contacted the office they gave me wrong information about the availability of the package. When I finally pinpointed where it was. The attending personal told me it wasnt there until they were told I just called and was told it is there. Next thing you know they bring the package out.

New neighborhood under 5 years old. Some packages get delivered, others they dont even try and return. Ive signed up for the account, filled out the customer locator information, given specific directions to my home. Why do items still show up late or are returned without even trying? Why UPS? Make that make sense...
I have tried on multiple occasion to speak to someone in customer service. I strongly dislike the computerized options because they dont connect you with customer service after pressing 0 and providing tracking information instead the call is routed to another computerized response. I know we are all being impacted by COVID and unexpected events, but you all must do better.
UPS is pathetic. This HUB in particular misdelivered critical and personal information to the wrong address. Not just the wrong address, but the wrong city altogether. They lied and made promises of picking up the package for immediate correct delivery to addressee and after countless calls and online communications and emails, UPS never followed through.
I just would like to say, there is this one driver that comes to hampshire neighborhood every day when I have packages out for delivery, He is the sweetest person ever! Always has a smile on his face and very joyful, Very friendly service! I love UPS Waldorf its honestly the best! You all have really helped me a lot!

Cant speak to anyone at the facility that your packages are coming out of to mbe delivered to your home. You call a main pjone number that cannot realltvhelp because they dont know your area. Every other delivery they know exactly where I live, then every other time they say my address does not exist! COME ON! THEY NEED BETTER DRIVERS!

The parking lot..Im willing to give a zero rating overall for that alone..its dangerous the drivers seem reckless and the parking lot looks like a disorganized junk yard. I hate going there for this reason alone. Its dangerous. They really have to get this under control. I wish I knew who to call to report it to and express my concerns..
I usually dont give a post of such, but today I had a package delivered to my door that required my signature.Unexpectedly, I went to my door to retrieve a package I thought was left at my door. I was greeted by the UPS guy that was not wearing a mask.Due to the high risk of Covid, I would suggest that the Company advise their workers to wear mask anytime they approach a customers house. They are god awful. The driver left over 15 packages on top of the community mail boxes. He signed for them himself and left them in the rain. Then when you try to reach an agent you cant. I have reported UPS to the better business bureau.They will never deliver anything for to me again. This company sucks and dont feel bad for anyone who loses their job in this climate. Obviously they dont care.

Lazy. Ive been waiting for $2000 equipment that was supposed to be delivered a week ago (its 98 lbs). Instead of doing their job they lie and say no one was home when they tried to deliver it... They also lied and said I requested to hold at UPS. I was sick of waiting so I went there and it wasnt even there. Also, the 2 delivery attempt was 3 business days after the first even though the package was already on the truck? Then they decided to just return it to the sender without a 3rd attempt. They are putting me far behind its a shame you pay for 2 day shipping and this company cant even deliver your goods.
If I can order and never have UPS deliver again I will. I Have been waiting all day for a package that was sent next day air. Package was supposed arrive at noon. At noon I receive a message saying failed delivery attempt business not open. I am in a residence. I call customer service who says they will reach out to the center and have them call me to come back out. They said to expect a call in an hour. I have called back every 2 hour from noon to 6 pm and still nothing. I asked to have the package left at the center for pick up on Monday (today is saturday). Im told the earliest you can get it is Tuesday. This is unexceptable!!!!! I paid for next day air and have to wait an extra 3 days. Why has no one called me like they were supposed to? If I could give this zero stars I would!!!

Petty business practices. These guys have one incident with you, your house, your dog and they hold all packages for a year. I dont understand how you can be called responsible for someones mail/packages and then be like nah, we dont feel like delivering them anymore. They dont even notify me when they have one of my packages. Who knows how many have been sent back because I didnt even know they had it. I have to waste my time and gas to go pick up packages regularly now. I think UPS should have to pay me a refund on part of shipping costs every time I have to pick up a package from them. This is ridiculous.

My experiences here was good. The young man that helped me was courteous and professionally. My issue is with UPS customer service because I was told my package had arrives whenever in fact it had nothing. Thatll not the fault of the UPS center in Waldorf though.

A package was supposed to be delivered to the office. My friend came back and the sorry we missed you no it was stuck to the door. Im not even sure if they knocked on it or try to deliver because theres usually people inside the office at all times during the day. So I called the number, because the form was not filled out so I need to find out how I could get the package. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful though. I was able to Tell them that I would just come pick it up. They called me back within the hour to let me know when I can pick it up, which was 6:30. I was there on time but my package wasnt. I told them do not put it back on the truck for the next day but Ill be back in the morning to get it since I couldnt wait two hours for it to show up there before they closed. When I did go in the morning, I was able to get my package and the person that helped me there was very friendly.
The level of customer service was horrible. I think because it was 15 minutes before closing time the clerk was not very helpful. I definitely wont be going back there anytime soon. I will find another place to mail my package from. Post Office here I come.
Representative was displaying frustrations and hung up on me!I called approximately at 12:28pm on Thursday May 7th. A representative answered at approximately 12:35pm. I asked her is there any way I can pick up a package scheduled to arrive at my address on Saturday May 9th. The package is in Waldorf(I live in 15min from Waldorf). She tells me that the item is sitting in a Trailer to go to the post office “ground” delivery. I said to her I paid for the 2day shipping and the item should of been here at the latest Friday May 8th. She made it clear that UPS did not receive the package until May 6th and its not their issue ad she began to rant on and on.If she could of listen to my reason for calling I was trying to avoid having a issue with UPS if I paid for 2day shipping and its not going to arrive til Saturday which will be 3days. This makes work redundant by sitting in a trailer until they decide to send it to the post office or sending it to a UPS location in waldorf so I can pick it up....Makes me want to ask vendor to send my packages Fedex
This is the worst experience EVER. I had a package delivered from Amazon. The first day I great a notice that the package was taken back to the warehouse because nobody was home. I call UPS and they assure me the package will be redelivered the next day. The next day I receive notification from tracking that they cant find the apartment number. How is it possible that you cant find the apartment number yet the day before you were at the apartment according to what you reported. Now Im sitting on hold going on over 30min waiting to speak with a supervisor to try and get this resolved and get my package delivered. The supervisor gets on the line to tell me that someone printed a new label and left off the apartment number. How is that my problem. These people are completely incompetent. DISGUSTED!

Terrible!! My sister has had nothing but issues with getting her packages delivered to her new address, which is viewable from the main road. And I have had to drive her to this location to retrieve her montly medical supplies 3 times and its a total of 95 miles round trip. The last time we spoke with corporate about the situation because she had been without her supplies for a week, and she told them to hold the package at the Waldorf store because I was driving her up to pick up AGAIN. So when we arrived there was a note on the door stating that they would be closed from 1 pm-3pm. Nobody mentioned that and it was not posted on the internet site. So we had to sit and wait. At least 30-40 other customers arrived while we were waiting and were also VERY unhappy that it wasnt posted on their site page. Poor management
The employees here are very helpful courteous and very professional. I drive close to 8miles to use this UPS for my business even though there is one in Fort Washington which is about 2miles from me.

People beware, if you dont want your package coming back looking like its been through hell and back, stay away from here. They barely hire any package handlers and there is a enormous volume of packages that need to go through the system. The job is highly demanding with very low pay and its nearly impossible to neat and careful with any of the packages. They get thrown around, stomped on, you name it. Stick with Fedex.
Strange hours. The customer service staff are polite and helpful, but everyone else that I ran into was rude. Also, the parking situation is atrocious.

Paid for next day delivery, got my package 4 days later. UPS wouldnt refund my money because it rained in Pennsylvania which delayed my package going from Maryland to Florida. I will never use UPS for any important deliveries. Three different supervisors told me it was a courtesy that your package was delivered. I paid nearly $100 to have car keys sent to FL (my keys were stolen at Disney), since it took 4 extra days to get there, it ended up costing me about $1500 in lost wages and hotel fees. The last supervisor at the Atlanta hub hung up on me, with no resolution. Up yours UPS.
My father had a Package that needed to be signed for. We got the notice on the door and waited to see if we could catch the ups guy. The last day for delivery we wernt able to sign for it and I forgot to put the signed sticker on the door. So far, not upss fault. We got a notice that the package would be held at the ups cc office for five days before it was returned to sender. I called the ups cc office at 6:45. It was fifteen minutes before they closeded and the phone range through three times before someone deigned to pick it up. I asked where the ups cc was and what their hours were. Ronald, the associate who finally picked up the phone, told me operating hours were from 9:30 -7. I show up at 11:30 to see a locked door and a sign saying they actually only open the customer counter from 3-7. So not only do you people not know how to answer phones in a timely fashion, you also dont know what hours you operate. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my life. Well lets round that up actually because Ill have to drive back over here after three to pick up my !@#$ing package. So, thanks for waisting 60 minutes of my life total today. I dont need that time for anything😡

UPS listed my residence as a business and because of such would not deliver on Columbus Day. Called and they said I could pick up my packages. After a 40 minute drive the called back and said that I would be able to pick up tomorrow because they don’t have access to the truck the packages are on. Most incompetent people I have ever delt with.

Small drop off area that rarely is stocked with UPS shipping envelopes or large mailing boxes, have to ask for shipping receipts? Should be automatic and I was given a stapler after asking to staple my receipt to paper copies. I dropped off 2 boxes same destination but 1 box arrived 1 day later which caused concern at my business. Recomend customer service training as 1 associate was busy on her cell phone instead of helping her coworker
Dealing with UPS can be very frustrating! You never speak to a person, only a machine, which often tells you things that are not correct. But you have no recourse, other than let them send the package back to the sender. Seriously, the US Postal Service is preferable.

Lost my package, and 5 days later lost my boyfriends. Starting to think UPS just hates our house...EDIT: since first leaving my review, UPS Waldorf has refused to deliver packages to our address on multiple occasions, making us travel 20 miles away to a drop box located in the parking lot of a bar/ liquor store. They will say a package requires a signature, but even if we are home they will not ring the bell or knock on the door; just leave a note on the door saying its been taken to the drop box location. They have now also lost one of my packages, claiming it was delivered but when we went outside upon receiving the alert, nothing was there.We have never had a problem receiving packages from DHL, FedEx or USPS. I would hate to think UPS would do something to unprofessional as to have some personal vendetta against our household... But Im starting to think this all cant be just a coincidence, as it truly seems that for some reason UPS hates our house.
Terrible. Apparently UPS claims they do not ship to PO boxes but had no problem taking the package from my the seller when he shipped it....to a PO box. The customer service is ghetto and rude but the management was quick to fix the situation. Apparently they considered shipping to their depot 40 mins away from me as delivered and wanted $18 more dollars to ship to the home address that is 5 minutes away from the PO box they cannot ship to. Stay away from this place.
Twice the driver has lied saying he delivered. when escalated to management, we found out both times the driver accidentally marked as delivered on the phone with them as we speak and a supervisor is trying to contact the driver to come back since they never did deliver. This is ridiculous and we have made the decision to get a lawyer.***UPDATE***The supervisor at the waldorf location made contact with the driver and has asked him to remedy this for us. The driver has shown up with the package.I would like to thank whom ever the supervisor is at this location and also encourage you to speak with your delivery drivers on these types of issues. this was a simple, easily avoidable issue, yet the drivers go out of their way to make the job harder for them and the customer. I understand things happen, but when your employees lie to their employer and customers it becomes a major issue.

Really dont know how this company stays in business. Paid to send a package 1 day mail. I receive a email an hour before the scheduled deliver of today saying it was sorting wrong and wont be delivered until 04/04/16. On what planet is that okay. I call an speak with a supervisor who told me he would contact the facility. However the only resolution that would most likely happen is the person would need to drive to get the package. The facility is a hour away so thats a 2 hour drive there and back. WHEN I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY! The best part is when I ask for the refund I was told to contact the shipper. I AM THE SHIPPER. Why the heck is it the fault of the shipper when UPS sorts a item incorrectly. Then I was told I needed to go to the store in order to get a refund. WHY? I didnt pay my money at a store. I only dropped a package off at a store all money was paid online before ever going to a store. Poorest customer service on earth. The first supervisor never called me back I had to call in again and find out the details. The second supervisor basically said it has only been 30 mins since you woke..... So what I received a email in that 30 mins saying the package was going to held at the request of the receiver. Ummm no its at the request of UPS! So to end it all I was told I must wait for package to be picked up and call the billing department to dispute the charge. UPS is not a real business at all. I will save time and just dispute with Paypal instead. NEVER AGAIN!
