This was my first time using it. Had to take time learning how to use it. Had to copy 4 different keys. Wished that I could make one after another but I had to make one key at a time then pay for it. For each key I had to make pay, remove credit card then start over for each key. Plus, instructions was not clear when the machine offered to make a second key for half the amount. So I ended up making a second I identical key when I was thinking that could make a new key.

Process to copy key was easy, how ever key did not work when using on lock will not use again

Used the automated key machine at Lowes to duplicate a storm door key and the keys was made too short., but they did refund without a problem

If you are truck driver its verry difficult to backing in place too tight and full of trash supplies
