I personally love Comcast. They are the only provider I would consider for cable. Their bundle is great. Their home security is better than all the others.
I have no real complaints about the service center specifically. It would have been nice if there were more people behind the counter as the line took a while but it is understandable as Im sure they also have very quiet times as well. My service at hone is still full of issues but this location was fine.
I had to exchange my equipment for up graded equipment it took less than 6 minutes the Comcast service center had outstanding customer service.
Comcast is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I returned my equipment here, was provided a slip of proof for return and told that I wont be charged an early disconnect fee. A few weeks later I get a bill for nearly $700, which encompassed both early disconnection fees and equipment fees. BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR RETURN SLIPS!!! It took a month and they removed the early disconnect fee, but didnt mark it on the next bill that arrived for over $350 so not sure what the bill was because it was not explained. When I called, they had noted on my account that the equipment wasnt returned. What a disconnected company that they put you on hold for excess of 20 minutes to deal with this when it shouldve been a non-issue from get go. Dont use Comcast if you can avoid it. My security system I had with them never worked either, not worth the trouble in my opinion. Was on hold for 20 minutes while they resolved the issue and stated they would send me a new bill. I explained to him that it should be a zero balance and he said oh yes, it will be a bill showing its all closed out. Im sure Ill get another bill next month and Ill be stuck on the phone again for 20 minutes dealing with this company. Go with DirecTV if you have to, theyre much better.
THEY LIE ABOUT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. Terrible consumer service. Every time you call, there is a different answer. The only good thing I can say about this company is that their remote looks nice and the layout is nice. EVERYTHING else sucks about this company. It takes a lot for me to leave reviews but this company deserved it. Absolute trash. One example I will take the time to write is my husband and I finally gave up with Comcast, have been calling with problems since day one, they put him on hold for 10 minutes and transferred him to voicemail since it was after their closing time. I work in customer service so I know how hard it can be sometimes but to do this to someone, unbelievable. We all want to go home from work, especially on a Friday, but you dont leave people hanging.

I order xfiniti internet and I don’t have that cables inside the my house when I wen at the store in Waldorf MD they said previous owner the my house have Comcast before but inside my house it’s not cable for conectThey send a technical person to do the installation but when he’s camen he’s said it’s not he’s job that I have to do by my self he’s rude with me talking very badly to me,Later in they sistem writing different history to make me look bad he is a black guy very racist person I am an Hispanic American.I call to costomer service to filling a complaint ready they can have this can of person for going to talk with clients to only be rude crazy he’s looking like was a drinking or used other things.
The staff here is AMAZING always warm and friendly. They take the time to actually listen to what your problems and concerns are. It is very sad they are so limited as to what they can actually do for you, but that is really beyond the workers control. The problem here is not the workers well not workers in office lets put it that way. Service Techs very different story.
We need LOCAL contact phone numbers to call & LOCAL people to talk to - not talking to clueless people in the PHILIPPINES!!!. The tech gave us OLD (temporary) equipment because he ran out of what we were suppose to get! We were charged for a room that had no connection ... And the list goes on!

I called to set up a transfer of service from an existing address to my new address and that went with no problems. I had an appointment for December 6th from 8-10 and no one called or showed. Not only did I take off from work but I also called around a little close to 9 in the morning. I spoke with a gentleman because I thought that I had an appointment from 1-3, but I had my December 11th date mixed up with today’s. The gentleman informed me this morning that they did not have any earlier appointments and I just kept this one. After waiting in my house all day I called the customer service center to check to see where the tech was and was informed after being on the phone from2:30 until a little close to 4 that the service department had canceled my appointment for today. No one informed me on why they cancelled my appointment and I then kept getting an apology and that they understand. Yes I am understand that it was not their faults but nothing was done except extend things to December 11, the date in which my security system is supposed to be installed! VERIZON???? #Switch!!!

The young woman who helped me on the day of my visit was very friendly and patient. I was in and out fairly quickly.
The sales reps get you in and out. There is a cash kiosk if you need it. The only thing that I did not like was that they had the heat on in the middle of the summer time because they said that its cold in the store. You shouldnt burn up your customers because you are cold.
The people was very friendly with smile, I was waited on fast within 5 minutes.

I have never had such horrible customer support in my life. I am trying to get a second line actived. It is going on week 3 a day still not working properly. I keep getting different answers each time I call as to what the issue is and that it is resolved. Not a happy customer
1. Dont except free 30 day trial service, they will charge you as long as you keep some type of service under Comcast. The only way you get your money back if you cancel the service for 90 days. If you dont cancel the service you will be charge everyday that you used the trial service on your bill as well as the new service. Dont listen to the customer representatives, they will lie to keep you stringing along.2. Customer service sucks, their response is didnt you read the service agreement, before you signed it.3. Customer service service claim to not have corporates number. They only have a website or an address.4. Comcast charge you for services that your equipment cannot provide. They offer 200 worth of data, but the equipment they provide you can only support 100, so there is no way you can get what they advertise.5. Comcast nickel and dime you for services that stinks. Sometime you are charged for services you dont have. Example and extra lines, and a telephone line for 6 years.6. Your initial contract is for 12 month afterward the fee start accumulating starting at $20 and up.7. The bundle High def XF is $176.49 and the one on tv stated only $79.00 and when you want speed increase charges go up $18.00 more.8. Comcast out sources its help line to some non English speaking places, and they get mad because you cannot understand them.9. For six years you watch your internet go in and out, and you put a service call in and get charged for a person to come in that doesnt fix the problems.
Its nice to have Comcast so close, I can walk there on a nice day. However; they should stay open a little later for those who work can do some business.
I was there because we switched service providers. I never had any issue with Comcast other than what I was paying. The customer service rep was very friendly and we were in and out in no time.

Where do I start with Comcast in Maryland? Their crappy phone support; you never get what you called for most calls end with yelling. Their “packages” and “guaranteed prices” might last for a month. I changed my package Jan 2014 and within a month my bill changed and was informed I had (past tense) a package and the deal expired…it was a 1 year package that expired after one month. Customer service could do nothing to fix it and I am again stuck paying the higher price and not my guaranteed price. This is the second time, back to back, since summer 2013 this has happened. Their deals expire after a few months and your bill skyrockets. I have made adjustments to my account every 3 months for the last 3 years to keep my bill under $100 and every month they weasel in a fee or increase to keep the bill at $150 or more. 2012 we dropped everything to the minimum and Comcast screwed u s over by repeatedly dropping all of our equipment out of inventory so every day for 3 weeks we had to call because the TV or the internet wasn’t working. We paid $85 for new instillation only to have the installation completely botched. They ran the cable to the house but didn’t install a box so water got into the connection and degraded our signal; $40 to install a box on the house, won’t give us a refund because the repair guy coded the work as “customer education”. How so when I wasn’t home? The install guy installed a 1 to 4 splitter in the house at the cable modem; I called at least 3 times because my internet was really slow. They came out, said we wouldn’t be charged a service fee because this was part of the “Comcast Customer Guarantee”. Repair guy said here’s the problem 1 to 4 splitters aren’t regulation only 1 to 2 splitters, so we paid to have the wrong stuff installed. Comcast then charged another $40 for something we already paid for and was supposed to be covered under their guarantee but because the repair guy coded the ticket as “customer education”. Seeing a pattern? After 3 weeks of malfunctioning equipment Comcast said they will send someone out and replace the equipment because any trouble with the network or their equipment was covered under the “Comcast Customer Guarantee”. Guy came out did the same thing we did each time to reset the box, left, and the box went out again. Didn’t replace any equipment but Comcast then charges us $40 service fee and won’t refund it because it was “customer education”. I was then told that the “Comcast Customer Guarantee” only applies to their premium inside wire protection plan and that is an additional fee.
This has to be the worlds most terrible company. I cant wait until they are obsolete. We have been trying to get Internet and cable service for over a month to no avail. No one ever knows whats going on when you call them, you have to start over each time and each time they say we will put a ticket in and someone will call you tomorrow and then nobody calls. I have never had to work so hard to give a business my money. At this point I plan to up my cell phone data plan until fios gets here, as theyve already started digging. Its 2017 and Id rather be without Internet than give these people my money, thats really saying something.

Horrible company. Lied to me about how much their specials cost. Lied to me about what needed to be done in order to have them. Told me to go to the store to pick up my stuff, so i drove 3 hrs and come to find out they shipped it to my house and then i had to pay extra for someone to uncap my line that they never told me about that had to be done. i will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM. THEY ARE LIARS
