The hygienist is friendly and thorough, leaving my teeth squeaky-clean!The attending dentist was also very good.

I don’t know what my tech did but I do know that it was the best experience ever!! I am afraid of dentist and she took care with me. I don’t even have the teeth sensitivity I came in with!!! They all were awesome and I love it

I have been going to Dental One Associates for years. My Hygienist is Robin. Robin is so kind and a excellent hygienist. She makes me feel relaxed and I would highly recommend this dental office. My dentist, Dr Meskele is wonderful. I had a tooth ache and she did everything she could to solve the cause of my tooth pain. I needed a deep cleaning. Im am so relieved that I no longer have a tooth ache. The Dental office cares about their patients.

After years of appointments at this office, I had to call it quits and find a new dentist. From multiple front end billing mistakes (that im still paying for!) And work done on same teeth multiple times. And now by a new dentist to same teeth. Highly disappointed in this office. Was told they would look into the issue (even spoke with Dr. Lasher personally about this) and nothing over a year later. Would not recommend.

This office is great!!! The only two complaints I have is the amount of time it takes to get an appointment, but Im sure Covid has tons to do with that and Google lists them as Endodontist, which they are not an Endodontist office, they are a general dentist, however the dentist was AMAZING!!!! If I didnt already have a general dentist, Id definitely give him a try and may still being that my dentist is almost an hour away from me and he is only 15 minutes.

Went to have a tooth that was giving me some pain, the tooth in front of it had been broken off at the gum line, air never had any problems from it.I thought the pain I was having was from that, turns out it was a cavity from the tooth behind the broken one. More work on the way!!

I went to Dental one for my first appointment. On the form I indicated that I could be pregnant. Neither the assistant or the dentist look at the form and they sent me right to the Xray without any protection and even before looking inside of my mouth! I refused and told them I indicated on the form that I could be pregnant.This is unacceptable from healthcare professionals. Even if radiation are low on dentists Xray, you should protect your client at all times, especially when lead aprons are available.I dont trust them and will never go back

I was so nervous about getting a root canal and it wasnt bad at all! Dr. Amal did an excellent job and I felt very comfortable. Now Im a believer that root canals dont have to be this scary experience. Rachel did my deep cleaning and I can see and feel the difference. This staff is great!

I love the Dental One Waldorf Office. The staff really care for myself and my family dental health. My son had two extractions (age 12) and the dentist took care of him and made sure he was comfortable with the numbing and extractions he never felt uncomfortable We will never change offices :-)

Terrible first impression as a new patient.I will NOT return to this officeI probably would have been able to leave a good review if I hadnt shown up for an appointment today and after conpleting covid-19 paperwork told that the office attempted to reach me by phone to have appt reschedule. After speaking w/front desk person, she informed a message was left. When confriming the number (it did not belong to me). So they called a totally dif number than mine and said they left a message that I of course didnt get since it was not my number they called. The office was not willing to accommodate after telling them I waited 2 weeks for an appointment only to rearrange my schedule..only to be told SORRY! I wonder if this works for people who are no shows or are they fined..a simple Sorry prob would not cut it.I am truly frustrated by the events of today because I had a dental issue that should not be delayed any further...and the only recourse the front desk person gave me was you can make another appointment which will be 3 weeks out. Smdh. No concern, to attempt to value my time or understanding for such an inconvenience. A patients time is valuable as well. Anyone who works in service section should first learn compassion and put yourself in same shoes and at least make an attempt to fix am error when it is made. This office did nothing.

There are doctors and then there are DOCTORS! Decade long patient of Dr. Mike- to whom-in this day and age of minute clinics where quick medicine may not always be good medicine my giving him a 5-Star rating almost seems like a disservice to him. Two reasons for comment: first, I see a notable number of folks overuse the 5-star rating for just a satisfied experience, so its been watered down...; second, and because of that dilution-Dr. Mike deserves much more than that rating, as in my book, he genuinely deserves the max of whatever scale you chose to use! Heres why: Himself: You are never just another patient to him and no matter how many chairs are filled, he is always caring, compassionate, attentive to details, actively listens to me as the patient in diagnosing & treating the issues (so the conventional approach may get tossed), always treats me fairly and seems to operate by the maxim of treating others as you would like them to treat you! Then there is the practice: they are always friendly, professional, and keep things moving, so waiting room time is pretty much nil.. as we say in the Service-Bravo Zulu, Dr. Mike!

The front desk staff, Lisa and Ashley are awesome. Dr Harriman is quiet but friendly and very attention To detail. My hygienist, Donna, I absolutely adore. Her personality and wisdom are phenomenal. Meghan, my favorite Dental Assistant is amazing. I like they keep the wait times to a minimal. Arrive on time, you wont wait long to be called back.

I started at Dental One several years back when my previous dentist stop being a preferred provider by my insurance carrier. Dr. Harriman and Donna are my family’s favorite dentist and technician. My 13-year old daughter had her front tooth knocked back, out of socket, last fall. Dr. Harriman has been amazing in making sure her tooth was placed back into the socket without damaging it and has continued to monitor it regular to ensure the tooth stays healthy. She has been so gentle with my daughter because almost losing a tooth, along with having stitches on the outside top and bottom lip, is very painful! The technician we regular see, Donna, is SO AWESOME! She has the best energy, she’s thorough, she cares about the patients, and she goes above and beyond! The front desk staff are also very professional and efficient. They truly value the relationship they have with the patients who come to the window and know the regulars by first name! I value that.

This is the worst dentist that I have seen in person. The staff is there sitting around waiting for business (including the inexperienced dentist), the dental tools are literally rusty, and the office stays empty. Not only did we get a reminder text but there called numerous times to make sure we were coming, offered to do more services, ect. At first, we were happy there was no wait, but it becomes obvious why that is when you are seen. The just out of school dentist banged on my teeth with tools that can not be legal neither was the way he hit my teeth. This is not the defrost that was there 8 years ago that stayed busy, this is a uneducated kid who has no business being there! Disgusting!

Dental One Associates of Waldorf is truly a great place! The staff are all amazing, polite, and extremely professional. I have been going here for 15+ years now, and have nothing but good things to say. I would like to give a special shout out to Donna [hygienist] who is AMAZING at her job. She really takes the time to not only proficiently clean your teeth, but educate you about how to properly care for your teeth. She has been cleaning my teeth so long that she feels like a part of my family!!! Cory is also an amazing hygienist! Drs Lasher, Harriman, & Chou are AWESOME dentists, and truly make you feel at ease. Meagan is an awesome assistant, as well. Finally, the front staff consisting of Michelle, Leslie, Ashley & Lisa are awesome! They make sure that you are in and out, and are able to answer any general questions you may have. I wouldnt choose any other dental office to go to!

She has a lively personality and is great at her job. She answered all my questions and seems concerned about doing the best she can for her patients.

I have been going to Dr. Lasher for over 15 years. He is the best dentist Ive ever seen in my life, and I am 65 years young. He cares about his patients, and makes you feel at ease. He does not try to find the most expensive way to take care of your teeth, he does what is best for the patient and keeps your wallet in mind. I moved to old Town Alexandria and continued to make the drive to Waldorf for the past 3 years because I loved the patient first mentality of the entire office staff. I will be retiring and moving away from the DC area - I will greatly miss Dr. Lashers excellent dental care!

I have been a patient of this facility for 34yrs. They have always made me feel comfortable and like family. I now bring my 5 yr old daughter for her cleaning since she was 2yrs old and she loves it. She looks forward to seeing Donna and the office has always made it a child friendly atmosphere. Also the the office manager Denise and the front office staff has always been helpful with billing questions and fitting us in for appointment. The dental staff and doctors are very knowledgeable, professional, and speak on your level. I would recommend this clean friendly dental office to anyone.

This week was my first experience with Dr. Harriman and Dental One. I was very pleased with the efficiency of the office staff. The office is bright and clean, which is important to me. I had a very short wait time...barely opening my magazine! While being led to the back I was surprised to see so many other dentists and processes going on. I doubt that I would have chosen this practice initially if I had realized this was a large group having had a bad experience in the past with a large dental practice. I was looking for a small practice with a more intimate setting. But once I met with Dr. Harrimans assistant Megan, as well as Dr. Harriman herself, I knew I had made the right choice. I immediately felt comfortable asking questions and being an active participant in planning the best treatment plan for my needs, comfort level, schedule, and insurance plan. I am confident that I will be just as pleased with my treatment, as well.

As much as I hate going to the dentist....I love going going to Dental One in Waldorf! Big shout-out to Donna who has been my tech for the last 4-5 years. She is great! And the Doctors are so friendly including the Ortho team! And the ladies up front are really nice! Especially Ashley! I definitely recommend then!

I always hated and feared going to the dentist. I associated going to the dentist with pain. All of that changed when I started going to Dental One Associates in Waldorf with Dr. Harriman. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. They are very patient with you and answer all of your questions. The office is very relaxing. I always have a good experience and feel absolutely no pain during my procedures. Believe me when I tell you, you will feel no pain. Dr. Harriman and her staff are the best.

These providers and their staff are the best -- bar none. I have been a patient of both Drs. Harriman and Lasher for over 15 years and with me that have seen and fixed it all -- fillings, root issues, crowns, repairs and most recently a complete set of porcelain veneers. When you find a wonderful dentist as you will here, you stay with them long term. Most important, they stay with you. So complex dental work has turned out to be flawless because they know me and my dental history. I have complete faith and trust with every person in this marvelous practice and couldnt be more grateful!

I enjoyed working Dr. Harriman, she was kind and informative. The hygienist I had most of the time I went was the best. I was a little concerned about the time the last one took with me and she didnt seem to put out the work as I had in my previous appointments.My only concerns with Dental One was I never knew what I was going to be charged and always seemed to get yet another bill after I thought I was done paying, even after my insurance paid their portion. It would be nice to go to a dentist for your regular cleanings and know your insurance was enough to cover it.

Even though I arrived 15 + minutes late due to poor planning and the weather I was treated with courtesy. I had only intended to reschedule as I had no expectation of Robin being able to see me. She came out and insisted that she didnt want me to have to come back as she knows I come a good distance. Im pretty sure that she gave up a bit of her lunch time to clean my teeth. Ive been coming to this practice for well over 25 or 30 years and have always felt valued. Michael and his team are great!

First, I have to start off by saying THEY ARE NEVER BEHIND. This is the only doctors office that gets me in within 5-10 minutes of my actual appointment time. Its incredible!I switched to Dental One about 3 years ago, and havent regretted it one day since. Staff is super friendly, dental hygienists are GREAT, and I love the doctors. Im so pleased with each doctor that I dont even care who I see.Dr. Lasher is great about not wanting to do unnecessary procedures too! I came to this office in the first place because I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Lasher was quick and professional. I quickly scheduled some fillings that my old dentist said I needed so urgently, because I loved the staff. Get in the chair, and he sends me home! He says he doesnt thing I need them! Can you believe that? Saved me a few hundred bucks! Anyway, fast forward two years & its time to get those fillings. Dr. Lasher did them and they were literally the fastest fillings Ive ever had.I cant say enough good things about this place. You cant go wrong with this office!

Great experience. The staff are very friendly and thorough when it comes to the services. Short wait time also and they call you in close to your appointment time unlike other offices where they overbooked you and make you wait for hours. The only downside is that the equipment are not as new as the big dental chains, but that should not deter you from coming here. The pros outweigh the con.

Spoke to the receptionist this morning and was told that I could be put down for a 10am appt but probably wouldn’t be seen until 10:30am. I told her that was not a problem. I told her what both of my insurances were and that I could not locate one card to provide the ID number but I could find it and bring it in. She then proceeded to tell me that she needed the information first (before I came in) so that they would know what kind of coverage I had. I totally understood that however, if I didn’t have it to give I didn’t have it to give. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have taken my SSN as all other dentists have done in the past to verify my coverage.She raised her voice and and even cut me off a couple of time telling me that she would give me 10 mins to find it. My face is swollen, I’m in pain and she was no where near compassionate about my situation. Instead she was worried about taking 10 extra minutes out of her day to verify my coverage over the phone.Needless to say, I have made an appt elsewhere with someone who took the time to get my information and verify coverage by using my SSN, which could’ve been done here.Maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or maybe she needs her morning cup of coffee but either way when you provide a service to someone a little niceness goes a long way.

No stars. 5 months after being seen, Im still receiving bills. Billing for $33 pay that off. Next month another bill for $8 pay that off and receive another bill $20. Never ending. As for medical service, I made the Dentist aware of what type of dental filling my insurance will pay for. The Dentist decided on her own to use material not vovered by my insurance and of course cost more. Im never going back there

Dr. Rostami and the dental assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a problem getting clear xrays of a few of my teeth and they had to be redone. But after that, everything went smoothly. The dentist did an evaluation and recommended a plan of treatment. I like the fact that she offered options. Also one of the dental assistants informed me about Dentrite. This would allow me to receive dental care at a discount rate of 20%. The annual fee is only $60 with a one-time processing fee of $10. Just what I need.I highly recommend this dental office.

They don’t accommodate emergencies. I have a broken tooth with nerve exposure (very painful) and they can’t fit me in for 3 days. I’ll have to seek out a new dentist that can and will accommodate emergencies such as mine. 3 days with this kind of pain and not able to eat or drink anything.. wow..

Staff here are really friendly and efficient. Would like to see the dental chairs updated or have paper or plastic coverings. The ortho side can actually take longer than necessary during appts due to the flow and layout of the ortho area. Ortho employees are awesome so I feel sympathetic for them when the space they work in is inhibiting their job and customer care (they have no work/counterspace and have a hard time finding equipment).
