I hired this “business” to clean one of our rental property which was being turned over to a new tenant four days later. It was a total waste of money. Because we live in Virginia and the property is in Southern Maryland, I relied on photos that this business owner provided which were misleading to say the least. I paid what she asked and added an $80 tip which I later regretted. I’m not sure what was cleaned. The kitchen cabinets, bathroom sinks, tubs, medicine cabinets, toilets, baseboards, etc simply were not cleaned. She said that she didn’t clean behind the refrigerator because they “don’t move furniture.” Even after I sent her photos of what she did not clean, she continued to claim that she’d cleaned. Although there was no indication of their refund policy, I was told via text, “Sorry for your inconvenience but yes I was alone.. And we dont give out refunds. The only time we give out refunds if we didnt do the job at all on the schedule time and date.. But since this is the first time a client was unhappy with our services we can give you a free cleaning for 2bathrooms and dusting of a living room and one bedroom.. Or I can offer you a free cleaning of a office room.. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding.” I later realized that photos on her site indicate that she is more of an organizer than a cleaner. It also appears that reviews on her site are not authentic. The owner also posted videos of my property’s interior on her Twitter account without my consent and blocked me when I commented on them. After much debate, I eventually received the $80 tip plus an additional $6.00.

I have never used a cleaning service before out to skepticism, but after hiring Candys Pink Tornado, I cannot imagine myself going backwards. The dedication and commitment the staff took on cleaning my house was nothing short of extraordinary. They left my house immaculate and smelling great. I will recommend them without any hesitation. They are affordable and reliable. Monday mornings are my personal favorite, as I get to come home to a nice clean house. Keep up the great and outstanding performance.
