One of the most unprofessional business ever done business with in Southern Maryland. Made several appointments for service to have carpet clean and was met with nothing but excuses. First time there was a no show for the scheduled appointment. The second reschedule they had an emergency where they could keep the agreement. What was I thinking to give them another chance and reschedule again just to give them the benefit of doubt. Guess what on that day the technician called to say he would be 25 minutes late due to running behind on the previous job which is understandable. Should have known it was a set up because he called back to say he would not be able to make it because some one had hit his truck and slashed the tires. This was my breaking point. If you are looking for carpet cleaning service I advise you not to ever even think about this company. The worst experience ever. The lies and the excuses kept coming. Will never recommend them to anyone or think to have them to do anything. Just poor business all the way around. Save your time energy and money.
