Yum! A delicious buffet with soooo many options! We went for breakfast and dinner and both were exquisite! If you go for breakfast ask for Johnathan for your waiter. He is amazing and will make your experience so much fun. Loved this restaurant so much ❤️

It was nice to visit after some time has passed since the last visit. Cashier was very pleasant and our server Bryan was awesome. We didnt have to ask for anything, he knew what we wanted and brought before we could say. There was hand sanitizer everywhere, gloves with every plate, tables were clean. The only draw back was the chicken pot pie wasnt good at all. My son couldnt eat it, said it tasted sour. After informing our server, he notified management. The item was taken off the buffet. I had the fish, salad bar, vegetables, and 2 cookies. The icing on bread pudding was too sweet, so was the icing on the cake. Overall I would have to change my rating from 5 to a 3 1/2

I only have the fried chicken.Pretty good, sometimes dry.

Visited today on Easter Sunday for the first time since before the pandemic. Very impressed with the staff. They were very welcoming and friendly. Great attention was placed on ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables were cleaned quickly, disposable gloves handed to each customer before handling utensils. Food was delicious and as always a wide variety. A family favorite for many years. Looking forward to our next visit.

I didnt find any value in their buffet selection. It felt like a colossal waste of money, but my friends who eat red meat and fried foods had a great time. To me, most everything was overcooked, fried, and bland (the clam chowder was the biggest disappointment). And while the delta variant is spreading like crazy? I just... dont get it.The staff was doing an amazing job trying to keep everyone happy (it was PACKED), whilst also having to maintain health standards, yet enforcing covid protocols (mask & glove wearing at the buffet, etc). They absolutely get an A+ from me, but the business itself clearly isnt aiming for health-conscious individuals.

The only complaint I have is the Food get cold on your plate when by the time you sit down to eat. Maybe if your employees would stir food more often to keep temperature hot throughout pan it would help. Everything else if good! Food is good just gets cold fast. Thanks

Hadnt been to The Golden Corral in quite a while and found that the food was still good. The fried shrimp and fish were plentiful and fried ever so perfectly. The roasted turkey was juicy and flavorful. The stuffing and gravy were spot on as well.Our server was very attentive and never let our cups run dry. It was the first time I had taken my 2 year old daughter to a buffet and she ate quite a few shrimp and green beans (her favorite veggie). Chocolate drizzled marshmallows rounded out her dinner and we were pleased. Will definitely keep going back.

Quick service. Food was tasty and hot. I had take out and it wasnt expensive. It was worth it

We always fill up when we visit here. Lots of food choices, hot and fresh. The atmosphere isnt bad either and the waitresses are very attentive to your needs.

Absolutely delicious!! This is the first time Ive been in Golden Corral since before COVID-19... and everything was just fine👍 Each worker was very helpful & polite!! The buffet was well stocked, food was fresh, hot, my steak, steaks rather, were cooked to my perfection and were absolutely delicious!!! They provided take out cups for beverages, which is a plus for everyone at this time!! Was not over-crowded & was very clean👍 Id definitely go back again!!!

I didnt know what to expect but the restaurant was clean and food was fresh. My visit was after 6pm on a Monday. There was soo much food to choose from I did to-go. The food was amazing and the hostess at register was nice. I will Def go back

As a current employee, I honestly really love the team, My managers are amazing and very helpful, They always understand and are just really the best, my coworkers are really cool and down to help. The food choices and variety is great. Golden corral is like my second family. ❤️

The one serving I attempted to eat was terrible...the sprite was bitter soda water and whats with the one... as in single plastic glove? Though customers were socially distancing I was uncomfortable - I left there with the quickness.

Love going here but no longer in Lexington Park MD where i live have to travel 1 hour to get to the closet one in Waldorf MD

The food was great and our waiter was very polite and helpful along with a few other staff members.

WARNING: Had a large party attend 5/24/21. Bill was $75. One child wanted to upgrade soda to adult. I spoke with the young man in the front, who was very polite during our transaction. However, a week later,(too late to report) this guy charged me $20.53 ! The receipt shows less than a two dollars. I wish that I could travel that far and get my money but I will warn everyone instead. BTW he almost got into a fist fight with a customer later that same night. Perhaps he got caught. Count your change and check your bank statements ASAP. Food was very good and the place was clean. Service was slow at tables but polite.

The Golden Corral is very clean and has a wide selection of choices. I went Thursday at lunch and it wasnt to crowded. They give you a glove to wear when getting your food.

The worst Golden Corral I have ever been to. My family and I went in paid for our meals went to our table met our waitress ate one plate of food then the manager stopped me on the way to the bar and told me that I could go to the bar without a Mask no sign on door nothing and I didnt have any so I kindly asked them to give me a mask so we could finish our dinner. Then I was told they dont have any and then I told them to refund my money since we werent allowed to finish our dinner. That wouldnt give us our money back then we were asked to leave the cashier tried to assault me when I demanded my money back she should be fired and so should both managers I went in without an mask they took my money without a mask I walked to my table and got my first plate without a mask and none said a word until after we were there approximately 15 mins I left hungry and no refund worst Golden Corral ever Waldorf MD

Our server was great! However, some of the food items were cold or lukewarm. We arrived just as they opened for the day so the hot food items shouldve been hot. That was the only down side to our meal.

I was in the mood to go to Golden Corral. I haven’t gone to a buffet in years. The closest location I found was in Waldorf since a lot of their locations are only open for take out and I wanted to dine in. With covid and everything they’re very good at practicing social distancing and keeping everything clean. They give you gloves and serve you a plate when you’re ready to get food. Our server was nice and kept checking on us periodically making sure we were okay. Overall had good experience at Golden Corral.

I always go into golden corral expecting so much more out of it, the food lacks seasoning and when it is seasoned its too salty to taste

Its ok, if you want a quick bite to eat. Nothing special but the food is pretty good

The the cooking is delicious and the stuff is generous and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a delightful evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

It’s decent here, I really enjoyed the jalapeño bread and the fried fish. Update may 2019 they have Golden North Carolina Ribs and they are outstanding I ate 2 plates full. Where rubber gloves because the golden sauce stains your fingers yellow

This place was a mess!!!! People in mile long lines shouting at each other over the usage of napkins to aquire food. I complained and the manager Mr. Matt Stilwell told me I didnt know what I was talking about. I will never eat at this Golden Corral again. I wrote my complaint in their submission form on the website, no response. Seriously considering writing the BBB about this one.

Its back. Social distancing, gloves and hand sanitizing all in place. Food is the same price fifty cent more but still tasty. Im glad they are open again. Survival is the name of the game.

I had a friend that wanted to go here, but I was hesitant because it was a all you can eat. To my surprise it was clean and I enjoyed the food.

I don’t rate one star often, but this places don’t even deserve 1. I’m sorry but this places was disgusting, the manager didn’t show up to my table when I ask for it. watch out on your food. We found mold in the meat it was gross and I wanted to throw up. What a horrible experience. Please golden coral get your staff to take care of food and handle it properly. SO GROSS

They just reopened due to covid, so the new rules were in use. Hold a plate in one hand, and glove the hand you serve with... pretty simple. They were clean and attentive (thanks Stephanie)

Always clean. And new safety guidelines put in place. The only problem is when I go to the steak bar the look at me being petite and give me ridiculously small piece of steak. Most of the time I just shrug it off, but the next time I will bring it to attention. Otherwise great place alone, pair or entire family. To go is a little pricey.

Food was delicious, I had fried chicken breast, was well cooked, pulled pork, fried fish, and more, manager Curtis was very friendly and concerned about our experience. We will be back again soon.

Food good but need to take sign down on door. States no mask needed to those who recieved the COVID vaccine. Young man refuse to take our order if I didnt put my mask on even though I asked about the sign and I can provide proof that I did indeed recieve the vaccine. He refused to ring up our order until I put on my mask which I dont mind. The point is the sign is misleading.

Good hot food not too many people

It was a Memorial Day lunch - dinner for Veterans that had to work at Andrews Air Force Base, they we very appreciative. We enjoyed my Veterans Day meals with them previosly.

This is the best GC Ive been to service was delicious and our waitress was so nice really made our visit an awesome one.

They are very good about protecting ourselves when you get the food they give you a glove on one hand and the plate with the other and all the tables are 6 feet apart where one is open and the next table is closed, they also are very clean Im glad they are open again.

Im only giving this location 5 stars because of LISA she was awesome she always made sure my family and i was ok...she interact with my son and that was a plus Im going to look for LISA on my next visit

Not the best Golden Corral in Maryland and not the worst I would say it needs improvements the staff is not the friendliest and the food isnt the tastiest either but there is a lot of variety which I like one thing I hate is that the sprite tastes like normal sparkling water it has no flavor just gas and it was the same last time I was here I dont know if the waitress got confused or if its the same in all Golden Corrals but they really need to fix that.

I thought they changed the protocol...they still have an open buffet and ask that you use a napkin to pick up the serving spoons.

Very neat and welcoming place. They offer generous portions and for economical rates. I liked the food very much and the staff were very personal and informative. Will definitely recommend this spot.

There was a wide variety of foods including vegetarian dishes. It is very kid friendly and even had a clown make balloon animals for the kids.

They no longer season their food😕..... I guess if you have health issues and cant have salt 🧂....or any kind of seasoning...this place is for you.....so long Golden corral ✌️🏃..... Carolina kitchen here I come!!!!
