They seem to have reasonable rates. The driver was there within 20 minutes of me calling, which seemed pretty prompt considering where I was located from where they are. The driver took my car away and dropped it off at the mechanic for me. He was even thoughtful enough to make sure that I had everything I needed out of my car before leaving.

This place is fantastic, they have an employee named Vincent who does not shy away from a little work and has the compassion to know when someone calls and needs their help. Thats how all these tow places should be. That when you call them you get the feeling like someone cares and is going to help you at whatever cost.

I used them last year to transport a piece of heavy equipment. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Howes Towing.

Had to tow my Isuzu NPR box truck from Chelsea to Wakefield. Very reasonable rate $125 per hour. Quick, professional and responsive service.

Called for help with a lockout. They were the closest tow service and arrived within a half-hour. Fast, friendly and efficient service. The 1 ratings may be fake reviews, as they bear absolutely no resemblance to the professional, positive attitude of the tech who helped me that day. They are an AAA contractor, as well.

I had to be towed due to an accident and the gentleman who towed me was so patient and kind... he knew I was shaken up and was so sweet!Also my vehicle was at their tow yard for about a month and they were helpful and available for me to grab my contents ect... Without a doubt the nicest, most helpful, patient group of guys around. Had to use them for a jump start on a Saturday night. With 20 minutes of calling AAA, Howes arrived. Week later needed them for an accident. So responsive, patient and pleasent to deal with in a really stressful situation. Cant recommend, or thank them, enough.

Guy just cut me off without a blinker and then flipped me off and when I called they said it wasn’t one of their guys even though it said HOWES TOWING on the side of the truck.

I dont give it one star I give them -5They wanna tell me they never came down before at 3am to release my car. They did ! Now they wana make me wait till 9 am and charge us $125. He was rude, disgusting and I know he dont have a girlfriend . No girl could be that dumb it was nasty the way he spoke to me. I feel bad for that lonely miserable Creep. Called for a tow and the driver they sent was arrogant and rude. The messages he left on my phone would make anyone cringe. I will not use this company again nor will i recommend them. In the age of customer service this driver need the beginner course. Horrible

Miserable people working there unwilling to help. Left me on the side of the road. Would rather push my car 10 miles home than have them tow my car...
