The entire crew did an amazing job taking down a tree that was in a tight spot on my property. They showed up on time and worked very efficiently always keeping me in the loop. Even though it was a day after a tropical storm (when I am sure they had emergencies to deal with), they kept their appointment, worked hard and diligently all day and cleaned up beautifully afterward. They even took an extra tree (for extra cost) with an attitude of sure - we can do that. If needed I will certainly call them again and recommend them highly.

Outstanding company. Called for an estimate and had representative at my home in a day. Email sent to me with a window that I could expect to have work done. Crew was scheduled in that time period and arrived as scheduled. Crew was excellent, topping off a 125 foot row of arborvitaes and pruning the sides. Arborvitaes look incredible. Crew cleaned entire work area, you could not even tell that they had been there. Could not be more satisfied with entire experience.

I always get great service form Keiths. They work with you to get the work done exactly as you hoped, they work neatly, they work cautiously, and when they are done, they leave it as if they had never been there. Weve had them remove large trees entirely and also do pruning.On the last job, I was especially impressed that the worker who chopped the rounds for firewood used a piece from my existing pile as a guide to make sure the ones he cut were the same length. Amazing and professional service is what you get hiring this company! We came home to a huge tree completely blocking our driveway and car. Luckily our kind neighbor called Keith’s tree prior to our arrival and set the wheels in motion. We had a very large broken tree branch from recent storms that was hanging on by a thread and would have taken down our cable line and likely damaged our neighbors house. We called Keiths Tree Service around 3 PM, had an estimator come out by 4 PM, and after we agreed on their very fair price they completed the work by 5 PM.I highly recommend Keiths Tree Service as they managed to help prevent an even worse situation by taking care of this tree limb before it caused property damage. Top of a tree got sheared off by wind and brought down some power lines. Jay was on the scene within an hour to assess the damage. After RMLD completed their work, Keiths arrived the next day to clean cut the tree and remove all the debris. The tree was cut neatly and the work avoided all power lines and my fence. The crew was actually jogging back and forth removing the deadfall and left the yard and the tree looking great. Very friendly crew as well as office personnel. Well be asking them back in spring to do some more routine tree work.

Had a large tree snap in half during a recent windstorm.... I cold called for a quote and their Rep was at the house within 30 minutes with a job quote that was fair and significantly below another quote I received.... Their team showed up and were friendly and professional and handled a complex issue (tree caught in another tree with ease and precision. I never offer reviews, but I was impressed and highly reccomend.

Great service and reasonable prices. First, I got a half-cord of wood from them - they delivered the next day (Christmas Eve). Then I had a tree crack midway up. They came out and estimated the cost - it was reasonable even though our backyard is up two flights of steps. My husband and I decided there is more to life in autumn than raking leaves. removed 2 towering oaks and 4 30 oaks plus saplings from my rocky, shady hillside back yard.Keiths price was great and he and his crew- 5 other guys: 3 climbers and 2 laborers did a very professional job felling the trees, cutting the downed limbs and trunks and cleaning up all the smaller branches and wood chips.

The crew worked efficiently and carefully, doing a masterful job of shaping. A large limb accidently bent a small portion of my nearby fence, but the company had it professionally prepared, not accepting payment for their work until the repair was done. I ordered firewood from Keiths and, while they delivered great wood, what surprised me the most was how professional they were. They were responsive on the phone and they even made sure to drop the wood where most convenient for me.

Tree pruning only. Keiths Tree Service made an estimate visit quickly, and scheduled the service within a reasonable time window. The office kept me updated on the schedule the day before the service and informed me the day of the service. The crew arrived on time and finished work as promised.Only downside -They dont take credit cards on the spot, and office told me a 3% convenience fee would be applied for credit card, which is not mentioned on the site. Please invest into a mobile payment app and cut your credit card processing fees.
