Definitely call before going. Two times on two separate weeks I’ve went down to Kayak. Both times the sign has said open but no one was at the tent or down by the water for assistance & payment.

Great overall experience In the water. Would return. One area of improvement could be staff communication given the physical separation between the main tent and the boat launch area. At the moment, there is a high probability for disconnect between staff which could lead to confusion regarding boat changes etc. would also recommend articulating carefully to customers who have groupons of all the limitations from the get go. Otherwise, great place.
