We hired TLC to install new wood floors, sand and refinish our existing floors. We could not be happier with the results! TLC is very meticulous and does not cut any corners. They also recommend higher quality stains and urethanes. They came in as scheduled and even finished the job a day earlier than expected. Ill definitely be using there services again in the future.

TLC did a phenomenal job on my condo unit. I initially had uneven concrete floors, but they updated it to maple hardwood. My condo was completely transformed. TLC was awesome to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently bought an old Historic colonial 1793! It had original Wide plank hard&soft Pine through out there were lots of ware spots, water damage, all the nail heads needed to be set, and repairs from before that were not done good. Thang The Owner came in we went over all the floors and he explained in detail what the best option would be to refinish thees wide pine floors. We have restored all walls and ceilings and the house was just painted. They did a great job not scuffing and scratching any walls wile working, also it’s a dustless sanding system so there wasn’t any mess or dust everywhere. Tlc Custom Design was great to work with. I was updated throughout the process and couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. Thang went above and beyond the Wood is beautiful and now ready ready for us to move in. I would recommend Tlc to any one needing quality floor refinishing

Worse experience I’ve had with any professional service! Thang did a terrible jobAnd when my contractor asked him to remedy it they jumped to threatening me with a lien on my house if not paid, instead of trying to figure out a solution!! Didn’t care about his work just his money!
