John is amazing. I wanted more kick from my cars already decent-sounding surround system. He installed a really sleek subwoofer and fine-tuned it (repeatedly, haha) until I was completely satisfied with the sound. I set up an appointment with John to get a new touchscreen Kenwood stereo installed in my car. My work schedule has been crazy lately but John was extremely accommodating and flexible with his availability. I was able to leave my car at the shop the night before the installation was scheduled. He sent me a text and gave a phone call the next day when it was completed. It was done WAY quicker than I expected!! I was able to pay over the phone, and I could my car at my convince when I was done working. The install looks as if the stereo and mounting kit were original factory parts. Incredible job on the workmanship. This entire process was completed without John and I ever meeting face to face! All our interactions were professional yet casual. Seems like a very solid dude which there aren’t enough of nowadays. I have a couple of other projects I plan on doing down the road, and will 100% be going back to John at Automated Stereos to get them done.

I went to John (the owner) of Automated Stereos to install an amp and sub-woofer into my f150. I had a great experience, John was friendly and professional and installed my components in the time frame he told me it would take.I think his prices where fair (I checked around and found him to be on-par or lower than others) and would recommend him if you are looking to get items installed.

Mattt, you hurt a friend of mine with your comments. I dont think they were fair. It is so easy to think you know more than an installer of Johns caliber. That being said, I wonder why you did not do the installation yourself. I have problems with a vendor, I contact that vendor hoping he will make it right. John has done many installs for me. On the RARE occasion ive had a problem he has me pull in the car and minutes later Im back on the road with the issue resolved. As a matter of fact, Im calling him now for assistance. He is a good installer and I personally think you did him an injustice. (My thoughts)

Since 2010 I have had the following done at Automated Stereos owned by a caring and understanding man named John Reynolds. He installed a remote start system, two front speakers, a new radio, fixed a broken cigarette lighter, and the latest was installing an Alpha -Nav system which is a combination radio, CD, DVD, USB and Ipod player and an unbelievable navigation system. John spent allot of time with me explaining how to operate the navigation system along with a tech support person who was just as helpful as John in explaining things. I did have one technical problem with the Alpha-Nav system. John was working on it in less than 24 hours later and within an hour he installed heavier duty wires. When it comes to cars and electronics he is the best in the business. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Auto-mated stereos for anything electronic for cars. Broke my windshield while installing camera. Had to get windshield replaced. Backup camera started to rust within an year.

Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. Didnt see or hear anyone that works there.
