I had great experience with maintenance, someone always comes quickly to fix any problem . I dont have a good experience regarding parking spaces that are always full and I fear that they will often stop at the parking lots.

Wakefield Vista is a place where all should consider living. Not only does it have fantastic staff and tip-top service, the location serves excellently for all walks of life. I highly recommend living at this apartment complex because of the great company that runs it.

Ive been here for nine years starting this April Ive seen a lot of changes when I first came here it was like a palace than the other companies made to fall apart in be all trashy hopefully this new company Lincoln can pick up the pace in make it much better so far its going well tenant since 2013

Place is gross. Can hear all conversations from the hallway zero privacy. Management company basically doesn’t up keep the grounds. Want to get something fixed? Nope not happening. They get only the first floor hallway cleaned and nothing else. Trash always all around the ground.Have put in a work order 6 times now for same thing and still have not had a response. This place is ridiculous do not rent here unless you want to over pay and not get things that are needed to live day to day fixed by them

Ive lived here for 2 years and rent barely went up! Ill be staying another year for sure.. They also fixed the parking issue which is a huge plus.

Dog poop everywhere.Condo neighbors are hostile and the apartment is essentially an island to the point that if you tried to take a safe walk around the neighborhood— you can’t. The condo neighbors next door have Hawkeyes for trespassers and those who just want to walk through their hood to get to downtown or access actual sidewalk from a safer route can’t do it. Absolutely no sense of community and honestly, just a hostile experience for us.Parking is AWFUL. The lines are all faded and drawn incorrectly or completely sized poorly so that people get confused and park in 1.5 spots or the next spot is ridiculously small.It means there is even less viable parking.There is also, zero dog walking space. People(often from the condos) just zoom up and down the road. when you have zero dog walking space, cars zooming pass, and other people all out walking dogs at the same time.. it sucks! And a lot of people here have super unsocialized dogs, so you scramble to find room to stay “across the street” but technically there is no where for you to walk without cars emitting fumes into your face.

We lived here for 8 months last six month we had great management but pass two months management has changed, and they are the worse since they took over they have been harassing us everyday by email for no reason, we pay them rent on 1st of the month so because of them we will move out end of our lease so beware what you getting into
