We have enjoyed sending our daughter to Huntington. The quality of the tutoring is excellent and it is individual which is what she needed. She feels that she has learned and understands math more fully. Great communication.

We have experienced a positive partnership with the staff at Huntington. HLC has adapted to how families needs look different during the pandemic, in addition to offering their traditional services. We have been impressed with the creative and flexible solutions available.

Wake Forest office is great! But be warned not all Huntingtons are created equal in the Triangle.

We’ve been very pleased with the significant academic progress our 10 year old granddaughter has made since engaging Huntington Learning Center at Wake Forest for weekly tutoring. Perhaps the best evidence is her increased confidence. It’s clearly showing in her school performance!

Such a waste of time all they want is the money and thats it ! The staff were claiming they were helping me with my work knowing that they were not doing the correct things to help me succeed in my grade level.

This place is very disorganized. I went to enroll my daughter into a 1:1 enrichment program the center tried to charge me $250 assessment fee when I just wanted my daughter to take extra classes for enrichment on a one on one using her own home material, more of homework support. Then I called their customer service who told me that my daughter didn’t have to go through assessment if She just needed 1:1 support using using her own materials.2) I tried to fill in the enrollment forms and Maggie the coordinator tried to push me to come back another time to fill in the forms. I insisted and she let me do it. I asked Maggie if I needed to do anything else to set up the time and meet the instructor and she told men to just come in any day when the center is open and set up the schedule.3) Look now I only have this kid for 6 weeks and I wanted her to start as soon as possible and when I went in today to do the scheduling I met one of the nice beaded guy sitting at the front desk and he told me I have to set up an appointment, meet with Maggie and do a schedule and this Maggie is off and will be back to work in 1 week from now. This means I can’t have my daughter started and my weeks are getting less and less.4 ) I am frustrated and wonder 1) why is the information given fragmented?2) why Maggie did not do the scheduling right away or set up a time to do it before school closed so that my daughter would have started her Math as soon as possible. Maggie was aware I have limited time with my daughter and I wanted her to start soonest.3) why do I have to make multiple trips back and forth instead of giving me the right information right away.4) sadly I can tell you that I have no trust in this school. My perception is that it is disorganized and poorly run. In fact This school is creating a bad reputation for Huntington learning center. It is destroying the Huntington’s brand. For Maggie, she needs training, she needs to be organized, she needs to value and respect customers time.

They were great. My 3rd grade daughter went for help. The 1-1 focus and attention made a world of difference. After the common core started about 2 years ago we were lost too. Suddenly she was looking at retention. The director Jessica even went to our school to meet with the teachers. I cant say enough about the attention and service we got.
