Michelle did our taxes last year and we were very pleased with the amount of our return so we came back this year. Once again she did a great job!!

My wife visited, and on her behalf, i need to say, this place is extremely rude and impersonal. Geez, guys, get your act together. And talk to Alecia, she really needs some interpersonal skills training.

I was told someone was going to call me Thursday and Noone did. I had to call to find out my taxes were not done yet. I had to wait another two days. It was a drop off and thought it would not take this long. A full week to do taxes is a long time. Not happy at all

Will be doing them myself since my tax situation will be far less complicated next year.

I like Michelle who prepares them for me and she does an excellent job as my financial situation continues to change.

Showed up early for my scheduled appointment with Alecia Vasilko. On arriving, the receptionist was kind.The appt before me ran long and then completely thru my scheduled block. When Alecia Vasilko came out she didnt apologize to me or greet me. She asked the receptionist whats my clients name, even though I was sitting right there, and was the only person in the lobby. Instead of greeting me she said ok and I followed her back to her office, no small talk or asking how I am. As we passed other offices, she shouted answers to their questions without stopping or turning. Then when we sat down, she still didnt look at me, or talk to me, just looked at her computer. Then with her mask was pulled down over under her chin, she starts shout-talking with coworkers in the neighboring offices. Still no eye contact, acknowledgment, or apologies. The neighboring office was having server problems on his computer. After 2 minutes of her shouting to the other office, she gets up (saying nothing to me) and goes to his office.It was 50 minutes that I was there. 35 minutes of appointment time. Without a single kind gesture or question about what Im there for. I just went ahead and left. If I come back to this location is definitely wont be for Alecia Vasilko.

My tax preparer was terrific-lots of knowledge, patience and very patient and personable.

They keep great records that help immensely.

H&R Block is a joke! Whats going on now with their Emerald card is disgraceful! Ill never use them again 🤧

Great service, everyone was friendly, I felt welcomed,as soon as I walked in I was able to be seen.. the workers seemed like they were happy to help and answer questions. They seemed to be enjoying their job. The energy was very positive. This was my second time visiting H&R block.. and I am definitely open to coming back.

Made an appointment for 12:15. The person was supposed to see me is nowhere to be found. The receptionist was very nice, but I came early and left because my appointment wasn’t met.

Always fast and friendly

No one explained much, not very thorough attempt and costs way too much. The ad said around $70 dollars plus fees. The total was $200. So the fees triple the posted price? What a scam. No explained how much it would cost that much.

Jack was friendly and professional. He clearly explained every step of the way and any options I had for filing. This years filing was a little more complicated and he expertly navigated through all the items. He advised me on options that I didnt know I had. I was completely satisfied with the service.

Office was understaffed, only 2 people, no receptionist and one person was sick sounding with a hacky cough that I did not wish to be around. We arrived at 11am, without an appointment, left after 1pm, with many disruptions from customers entering and no one to answer their questions. Seems the payment screen wasnt working properly as it took over 10 minutes just to pay. Miserable experience. Seems there is another problem in the system as Im not Andy ONeill and dont see away to change this review to my name.

The person who does my taxes is knowledgeable and quick.

The staff seemed more interested in charging me for paperwork they left out of my return. This lead to a problem with the state I once lived. I had to call for times to get instructions on how to handle the issue. With this the staff seemed unable to handle the program that is supposedly standard for all offices. I dont feel I will be going back to any office for my future needs.
