I had a short notice request for an inspection on a town-home in Wake Forest. Troy was very accommodating and provided an inspection on a weekend. Gracious, easy to talk to, on-time, professional.

So glad I searched local! Troy and co were so nice, informative, and were able to come out quickly. I feel like I understand more of whats happening in the bug world now, and how to live with them but keep most of them out of my house :) I also loved the extra service of having the spider webs on the outside of the house knocked down. It looks great. After moving in to a new house, this was one of the extra tasks I was dreading. Their prices are great, too. Will definitely be using them again when things get out of hand!

I have used Protekt Pest Solutions for several years now at my house. They do a really great job and have a great personal touch. They also really do care about their customers unlike a lot of the chains. Anytime I need something extra between services they always have time to head out and help. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are fantastic. One of their technicians came out to our house in response to a last-minute, same-day request, to spray for wasps, remove a wasp nest, and spray for bees.... AND they didnt overcharge for it (in fact his fee was very reasonably priced). He did an excellent job and was highly professional. I dont usually give 5-star, full recommendations, but I dont hesitate to do so for this company.
