Really terrible experience here. I was informed by Wake Radiology that my insurance covered the cost of my x-ray. They still sent a bill and made me pay it. Not my portion of the bill, the whole thing. I wish they were honest with me about the billing situation.
Have always had a good experience here. In and out fairly quickly with basic X-rays. The technicians have always been friendly, as well as the front desk receptionists. I will say that Crystal (I believe her name is), went above and beyond for me. I appreciate the efforts she put in for me with contacting my doctor when she didnt have to. I appreciate her.
They will bill you 3 years after you paid them in full for an MRI and never tell you that their was an additional MRI to watch out for on the same claim. Kim at the business office even admits to saying she should have called to inform us of the hold up three years ago but didn’t. Now three years later we get a random bill for another MRI service that they say were on the same invoice? The Business Manager is really rude and condescending. Raleigh Radiology is much much cheaper and has better customer service.

I went today July 20th to two radiology office who are located in Rogers Rd, to do so procedures requested by my Doctor. Since I arrived to both facilities, the nurse receptionist and the technicians were so professional and kindness. I could handled the process very well and they make it easy. Thanks for a great staff that Wake Forest Radiology has.Health professionals, need to understand that any treatment to patient are an important factor in patients life. I am pretty sure that they know, I have a Master in Health Administration, but I always understood that the face of the company is an important key of the success of a firm. If you have a receptionist who does not are people person and treat patients or customer disrespectfully or with aptitude, please remove them from the front desk, this will not help your business to succeed.Several years ago, I went to perform the same procedure in another Radiology closer to Wake Forest Radiology, and I left very distressed and in catharsis. I went to my car shaking and crying. The tech who took care of me, she was very opinionated and rude; I felt very humiliated for her comments and treatment.They were more than 8 years to be able to overcome that experience and perform the procedure again. My Physician, Dr. Octavian Belcea was so good and work with me to overcome that bad experience. But wanted to let you know that professionals like these staff make the difference in the world.
