The two cleaners who deep cleaned my home yesterday did an absolutely fantastic job. It was easily the most thorough, well done cleaning service weve ever had. They even got the cobwebs out of the 10ft ceiling corners of our living room! We are excited to continue using Raleigh Cleaning Company.

We hired Raleigh Cleaning Company to do a deep clean of our house. We had had three prior cleaning services that were disappointing, but this one exceeded our expectations. Two girls, Aaliyah and Kimberly, were thorough, hardworking, careful, and quiet. Nothing was broken, banged, dropped, or spilled. We were particularly impressed by the fact that they did not rush to get to the next job, but took the time needed to finish the tasks. So glad to have found a cleaning company that we feel good about using on a regular basis!!

We love coming home to our clean house on Friday. As busy working parents, Raleigh Cleaning Company is a life saver! Jamie and Anna frequently clean our home and do a great job! My dogs even get excited to see Jamie (even my deaf girl)! Today, Melvenia and Sydney cleaned our home and I asked them to please let me know if they smell anything because we have a new puppy and I don’t want to go “nose blind”. They didn’t lucky, but did a little extra touch to try to make sure the house smelled great when I got home. We appreciate the work after we switched from another company!

Did not arrive when suggested they would for a deep clean rush job, now Im stuck cleaning the place myself.I spoke to three people: The first two on Monday were very positive and affirmative they could get the job scheduled for Wednesday, quoted a price and told me which times on Wednesday to expect a cleaner. The third, on Wednesday, once I called DURING the appointment window, let me know that not only did I not have an appointment, I was not their typical clientele, I would be difficult to schedule, and there was a wait list of 2+ weeks.I expected my rush job to be difficult to schedule, and am not surprised they could not schedule only 2 days in advance. However, the story going from Yes, we can fit you in on this date during this window to We cant fit you in for another two weeks, in fact you will be very difficult to fit in means Im now up the creek trying to find a replacement service, with even less time than I had before.Plus a few cheeky jabs at my home being much much smaller than their typical clients.I, somebody that needed some reliable help deep cleaning my average sized house before a move, am certainly not their clientele.

I had a great experience with them! They were very responsive when setting up the deep cleaning. They did more than I was expecting from a cleaning company. I could tell they did a lot of scrubbing (we had a lot of build-up) and put in the work to get it looking great. My oven looks brand new. Ive never met one of the cleaners I didnt like.3. These guys follow the rules - bonded, insured, and very knowledgeable about the products in your home. Have granite, tile, hardwoods, etc? You dont want just anybody cleaning those for you! These guys know their stuff and protect your things... just in case, though - they carry great insurance and workers comp.THIS ONES HUGE...4. You can customize your cleaning plan. I mean, really customize. They have basic rates, but you can say how often you want them to come, what you want them to clean, and you can even tell them what your budget is and theyll give you a prioritized list of what theyll work on during the time allotted by your budget. Just super flexible; Ive never worked with a cleaning company that does things this way, and it is great.5. SUPER detail oriented. They are nook and cranny cleaners, which is why youre hiring someone to clean for you in the first place.6. They bring their own supplies... vacuums, cleaning products, etc. High quality products, too.... like Norwex, etc.Cannot say enough about Raleigh Cleaning Co. (obviously!) If youre in Raleigh or Wake Forest and need someone to come clean your home, CALL THEM!

A co-worker contracted a deep clean on my behalf and Raleigh Cleaning Company more than delivered. They showed up when they said they would, immediately ready to work. They asked if I had any pet-peeves or anything they should know, and I said nope, have at it!. They were in and out in 3 hours and the house looks amazing. My blinds and master bathroom have never been cleaner in the 3 years ive lived in this home. Aside from the stellar job they did with the actual cleaning service, the 3 ladies who came were super kind, respectful, and made me feel way better about the condition of my house. Ive always thought that a cleaning service was such a luxury, but I think it might be time to make room in the budget for these ladies. Cant recommend them highly enough!
