Love this gym! Been a member for over 2 years now and can easily say I’m in the best shape of my life. The trainers and staff are amazingly supportive and the workouts are challenging for all fitness levels. I’ve been particularly impressed with their response to Covid-19. They have offered HQ online camps, Zoom camps, outdoor camps, you name it! All multiple times a day! They are so committed to the success of their members and it shows. Come check this place out!
Ive been a member of Burn Boot Camp Wake Forest for a year now and my experience there has been nothing but positive. From day one they have motivated and supported me on my journey to a healthier/stronger self. The trainers take the time to demo all exercises and provide campers with variations based on their fitness level. They make each 45 minute camp fly by with fun and challenging routines. The owner, trainers and staff (Burn Ambassadors) care deeply about all members and treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Once there, you become part of the Burn family. All fitness levels are welcome!During the last few months they have gone above and beyond to keep all members on the right track with zoom meetings, recorded and outdoors camps. I will highly recommend Burn Boot Camp.
Wake Forest Burn Boot Camp is definitely 5 stars! The trainers are so motivating, creative with the exercises, knowledgeable, and genuinely want each member to succeed with their fitness goals! The community is beyond welcoming and encouraging of everyone! Every day is a different workout which allows you to go 5-6 times per week, if you want to. There are modifications for all fitness levels, personalized nutrition and training you will not find elsewhere!After 3 years, I still LOVE going to BBCWF daily to get an amazing workout, surrounded by a positive community, focusing time for me to be healthier and stronger person mentally and physically!
I have never been a part of a gym that is as fantastic, accommodating, and as caring! During Covid for example, the owner Sherry lent out the gym equipment for members to use at home! The trainers still taught live virtual zoom classes starting at 4:45AM while watching, coaching and assisting from the big screen, never taking a break from supporting us. SO many upgrades and safety measures have been implemented to keep us safe at in person camps that resumed as soon as we were allowed back in June which the gym researched, advocated and implemented on our behalf while others remained closed.) This Burn has done everything and I mean everything to make sure that its members were not left behind during hard times, trust me, I know personally... I love this place, this staff, and the kick butt camps that challenge my heart, mind and body at every turn! You would be privileged to find this place and join its blessing of a community!
This is hands down one of the best workout programs and facilities! I’ve been a member for years! The workouts are always challenging and different, the trainers are caring and motivating and it’s a very supportive environment. I’ve been especially impressed with how they’ve handled everything through these crazy times! Grateful for this place.
Im really sad to write this review. I was so excited to try this popular franchise, and Id heard nothing but amazing things about it. Turns out, the experience you have is highly dependent on the facility & instructor. Day 1 of my 14 day free trial was an upper body day. I am a fairly active person, and I went in expecting to get my butt kicked.But what I didnt expect was for there to be little to no demonstration, zero modifications offered and/or correction if one were to perform the exercise incorrectly. The instructor, while incredibly kind and friendly, failed to recognize the level of fitness diversity in attendance and ensure each participant engage in a way that is SAFE for their fitness level.I ended up with a terribly painful tricep strain that has now sidelined my upper body fitness journey for the next 8-10 weeks.Be mindful of your expectations and be an advocate for yourself should you choose to try out this location. ASK for the modifications (though they should be offering them regardless). It was disheartening to look around the room to see how many women were performing the exercises incorrectly and at a pace that would certainly result in injury.PROS: Friendly staff, clean, inviting environment. The community is very welcoming and encouraging at this location.

Great trainers that make every workout creative. Community environment with encouraging women (and men at some classes). Plenty of times to choose from. They even offer a 2 week free trial so you can experience it for yourself prior to committing.
FIRST DAY OF MY 14DAY TRIAL WAS GREAT I TRIED TO KEEP UP BUT I COMPLETE THE LONGEST 30MIN EVER READY FOR NEXT DAY.
Apparently they dont accommodate people with Crohns, so apparently I am unwelcome.
