Visited this store this evening to ship back 2 Amazon returns via UPS. Prepaid labels in hand they just needed to be attached and the box taped. I was shipping it back in the box that it was sent to me in and yes, it was rather large, but it was what I had. The lady working (who is an owner!) asked me if I had another box because that one was too large. I usually don’t keep boxes handy, so I replied no and that I was so sorry. She then said she would just use one of her packages to ship it like it totally inconvenienced her. She wasn’t paying for the box it was going in so I’m not sure why it was an issue for her?The second box was a little ripped. (Also damaged from shipping). I told her that we may need a piece of tape on this side since it was ripped. Her reply to me was “there is a nice tip jar right there for you to help pay for this tape and items we use”. WHAT?! I was floored. Who says that? Not to mention I could’ve just gone to UPS and they would’ve happily taped my box without a smart comment. I apologized AGAIN and told her I was so sorry I don’t keep cash or change on me. She said “that’s fine you can just catch us on the next round”. Are we kidding here? I’ll never come back. How can a small business treat someone with so rude and nasty? I get we are all tired, but I was nothing but nice and respectful. I’ll never be back, but I’m sure that makes you happy since I don’t ‘tip’ for supplies!

Sent very important letter by 2nd day air via UPS on a Tuesday as I was advised UPS was most reliable and I needed it to arrive by Friday. Didnt even get shipped out of Raleigh until 2 days letter, on Thursday (I had been told it would arrive on Thursday or Friday). UPS states now that it will arrive on MONDAY. The only severe weather warning that UPS lists on its website concerns Texas. I paid over $66 for this letter. Impossible to be happy or satisfied with this disaster and the stress it called. But, I was impressed with the responsiveness of the owner and the time she spent trying to resolve the issue. She promised a refund and the document will be returned to me (intended recipient cant even be there to receive it 3 days late). I definitely dont recommend shipping with UPS- from anywhere. Ive been burned by the post office this year and by Fed Ex in the past. So, NONE of the carriers seem reliable!!

They were awesome they took care of my package even after I had a issue with it not shipping to the address I set. Definitely satisfied with the service

If you question the owner about the prices, she will confrontationally and passive aggressively give you the item for free, make you feel like youre trying to take advantage of them, and then basically tell you to leave. And all you have to do is comment, you dont actually have to ask for a discount. I wanted copies, I was originally told 60 cents, but I knew that was wrong. But the owner was standing right there, obviously listening. Did not once correct. When the final price was communicated, which was significantly more than 60 cents, and far more than UPS Store, I was obviously hesitant. I understand overhead, but 50% more than the rest for double sided black and white copies is not reasonable. Before I could even suggest working something out, because I also needed notary and shipping services, she said these are free, remember theyre not 60 cents in the future. I didnt ask, expect, or want them for free. I would have been more than happy to pay the $15 for 50 pages, double sided if it included the notary and shipping. I was fully prepared to pay, but instead of hearing me out, the owner dismissed me as some kind of swindler and sent me away. I will never return, and despite preferring small business over corporations, I would rather not contribute or endorse a business ran by someone with a poor attitude. Were all under immense stress in these times, and especially with the hustle of the holidays, but thats more reason to be kind and gracious, and less excuse to be nasty.

I was looking for a place to ship a package internationally and saw that this establishment offered not only one but multiple shipping options (DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS). I was helped by a young man who was not only professional but very helpful. He showed me different options and informed me the different pricing and the dates that the package would arrive. I only had a couple of questions and those were answered kindly and professionally. All in all, I felt comfortable and taken care of when shipping the package. It was my first visit and I will be definitely coming back for future shipping needs.

When mailing a package a few weeks ago, I happened to call this Ship on Site location. I was fortunate to have Leigh help me. Leigh was kind and considerate. She was thorough with all the details of my overnight delivery. I will return to this location because of the excellent customer service provided by Leigh.

Ive been here twice to ship items. They are very helpful. Both times I went in, and handed over my items to ship. Everything was measured, priced, and packaged with care. In and out in 10 mins!

Better than waiting in line at the post office, but their shipping prices are EXPENSIVE! We went to the post office and mailed one envelope via USPS, and it was $3. Went here to mail another one, and it was $15!

All I can say is shopping addiction trap. I love it here. The gal here/Westside gifts is a fellow Cleveland Knight/Ohioian and they are all friendly and welcoming. The items are a must have but the shipping sector is always busy and affordable. From UPS to FedEx drops, they have you. Oh! They also have boxes and PO Boxes. Come in and take a look. Im sure youll find something that catches your eyes.

Disappointing & Expensive!!!Went to their store on Monday, knowing the US Post Office was closed on Monday, 10/8/18 for Columbus Day. Told the gentleman assisting me that I was shipping home-baked cookies to my son who lives in Alabama for his birthday. He quoted me $17.09 for what I believed he said was for UPS.When I called the store on Wednesday, 10/10/18 to check the status of the shipment (after checking with my son & he had not recd a package yet) I had to wait for a call back. I spoke with Kathy (Store Owner), who told me the shipment would not be delivered until Thursday. As it turned out, the package was shipped USPS not UPS. I told her that I knew the post office was closed and that is why I came to them for an alternative shipping method. Ridiculous, I provided the box, all they had to do was slap a label on it and mark it fragile (which I requested, whether it happened or not is unknown to me) to be charged $17.09 for a gift to my son which he finally received TODAY. Kathy was apologetic, said she would talk to the guy to be more clear and offered me a discount on my next shipment --- NOT GOING TO USE THEM ever again. Sorry to vent, but we hard working people with good intentions should not be raked over the coals to ship a package domestically.Sincerely,Sharon M. Short

I have used this facility in the past to ship items, including decorative swords to NYC for my son. I was impressed at the time because of the care they took knowing that in NYC it is difficult to have packages delivered if one doesnt have a doorman. This time I shipped a package of birthday gifts and other items to a friend who lives in China. The original cost was $500+ because of the size of the box. The gentleman who took care of me worked hard to find a smaller box to send the items and in the end saved me more than $350. The entire process took about 25 minutes and he couldnt have been nicer. I highly recommend that everyone use ShipOnSIte Wake Forest.
