My wife and I had search several places for the right design, color and style of back-splash for our kitchen. When we went to Tile Trenz, we were greeted friendly, and professional. The service was great and very helpful. They were very patient with us as this was our first time with back-splash installation and suggested many ideas. After decision of style, within a couple of days, the installers were at my home to install. The installers were on time, and very friendly, but yet professional. I have no complaints on their work. Tile Trenz is the epitome of a local business that cares about doing a great job at a reasonable price.I was resigned to the fact that the big box store was not going to be able to get the outdoor kitchen granite countertop project done in time for the wedding shower we were hosting but I stopped in this local shop on a whim. A day later, I had a quote matching the big box estimate and a promise to get it done in time. They gave me great advice on granite choices appropriate for my project and were prompt with communication.Then, the experience with the fabricator for templating and installation was just as pleasant if not more so. He kept me informed via text and showed up for appointments right on time. His installation crew knew their stuff and everything went in smoothly. He showed up near the end of the installation to make sure everything was perfect.The final results look better than I expected!Also, I love that I was able to support a local business!

After going to the store, sending pics and e- mails as they requested, no one was interested in the repair work we needed done. Called another company in Raleigh and we’re here the next day. So much for supporting business in your home town. Would never recommend them..

We had 3 bathrooms updated and they all turned out beautiful! We are very pleased! The staff were all very courteous and helpful. They were also very efficient and very particular with everything they did. They were concerned with making sure that everything was done correctly and in a timely manner! I hired this company to but in a new floor, shower and new bath and kitchen countertops. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Office staff helped with colors and the team got rolling on the tear out and install.I gave this company a 5 star rating cause the outcome is beautiful.
