Did great job communicating throughout but charged 475.00 for a 7 mile /15 minute tow which seems a little pricey !

I have done business with S&S Towing for several years. They have always been reliable, reasonable, honest and fair. They always do a great job! During this time I have come to know Steve and Brooke on a personal level. I can think of no two finer individuals. Their character is reflected in the way they run their business. You should do business with S&S Towing. You will not be disappointed

Nice gentleman helped me clean my car out

I had my truck towed after it broke down in the middle of an intersection in downtown Wake Forest. The truck arrived right when I was told it would, the driver was knowledgeable and courteous. I rode in the tow truck which was clean and I enjoyed talking with the driver on the ride. The price was less than I had anticipated so I still have money in my pocket for repairs. I highly recommend this tow service to everyone I know now.

They were fast and reliable. The driver (I forgot to ask for his name) was friendly. Id definitely use their services again.

Took great care of my car and myself. Even went so far as to drive me home, after dropping my car off at the dealership. Hard to find this level of care and service these days.

You never think having to tow your car will end with you smiling but... that just happened. Amazing communication, fast service, and I was able to leave my car for pickup so I could get back to work. There was a plastic rain cover or something halfway hanging off dragging on the bottom of my car and making a grinding sound and causing smoke after going through the car wash.Ron took the rain cover off for me (which required tools and skills I do not have) and took it to my house instead of to the car shop I had arranged for, because it wasnt imperative to replace it, he saved me money and time. He asked me before changing drop off locations and took a picture of my car on the back of the truck. He did not have to do that. I was worried about leaving it with a stranger so that made me feel so much better. I called AAA first and they required me to stay with the car and wait for 2 hours (and probably would have been late as they always are). I think it cost more to use S&S Towing then AAA but I paid for the service I got.

Beware! They have NO security whatsoever at the vehicle storage place on White St. in Wake Forest. Your things may get stolen.My husband and I were in a collision that totaled our car, so the WakeForest PD had our car towed by S & S. After both of us being in the hospital for 5 days due to injuries, we went to retrieve our possessions from our car and they had been stolen - a few hundred dollars worth of things - including a camera with pictures that cannot be replaced. No one even acknowledged we were there or asked for ID when we pulled in, so I imagine it would be very easy to steal from the cars there. Despite the fact that the gates are locked and there are signs stating there are security cameras in use, that is not the case. When a detective went to investigate, the man in the run down, smoke-filled office told him the cameras are not working. How convenient. The detective also told me these places have to meet certain requirements in order to be on the rotation for accidents, etc.I would hate for anyone else to go through this sort of thing like we did - especially after being in such a traumatic accident. If you are able, chose a different towing company.

Service was great and they worked with me on the price. Their affiliated shop(Michaels Repairs) they took me to was very good and replaced my belt within an hour. I live 40 miles away so I was very appreciative. Thank you for the good service.

Best towing service around. My family and I have used them 3 times now in the last year, and they are great. Fast, Dependable, and wonderful customer service skills. I will never use anyone else for towing, S & S Towing are my guys for towing.

Great service! Very friendly! Showed up when they said they would and towed our truck to the shop of our choice. Would highly recommend them if you ever need a tow!

I had S & S Towing tow my car about a month ago when i broke down. The nicest driver helped me and after taking my car to my mechanic when gave me a ride home. In all my years driving this has never happened. Wonderful people at S & S Towing.

Count on S&S Towing being there, when you need it the most! After calling 10 different companies for service last night, S&S Towing was the only one available to come through. Was there within 20 mins after placing the call. Highly recommend it!

Great place to find for older car n imports!!!!

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!! I called for a tow to my house at 8 am. Was told driver was dispatched and ETA 15 min. My wife was waiting to leave for work until they got there so she could sign for tow. 30 min. later she said no one has come yet. I called S&S again. Said driver on the way ETA another 15--20 mins. I told him she needs to leave for work and they are already 15 min late from what was told. 20 mins later still no one has come. I called again and told them she needs to leave and if not there in 5 mins we have to cancel tow. Guy on phone said he would have the driver call my wife immediately to give location. 5 mins later no one called she had to leave. I called again to S&S to cancel tow. Someone kept answering the phone then hanging up. I called several times. My wife was not home anymore and I did not want them towing my car if no one was there. Finally 20 mins later the driver called my wifes phone. He said he was just dispatched to this call. He said no one ever called him. This was unprofessional and immature to hang up on me several times. My wife was hour and half late for work because of this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!, THEY DID RECOVERY JOB FOR US AND CHARGED US MORE THEN DOUBLE THEN WHAT WE AGREED ON, WE WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!
