Stopped by Just Tires and saw Mike. He helped us out with a bad situation and made us feel at ease. Also, an elderly couple came in with a bad tire and the store was about to close. Mike made sure they were all set. He could’ve easily told them to come back but he did not. A true class act, thank you Mike and your team at Just Tires!

We had just left discount tire after paying $589 only for them to tell us our wheel was bent and they had none in stock and there was nothing they could do. We started to head home when we had to stop three times just to get air. I told my husband “hey let’s stop at this just tires place and see if they have a wheel to fit.” I was greeted by Mike Hans at 5:07pm, I asked if he sold wheels to which he replied no. He could’ve sent us on our way, but he didn’t. He went out to our car, listened to our story, took our keys and said “ok come on”. Next thing we know, somehow they fixed our wheel and we didn’t have to stop for air once! We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. When we went to discount tire we waited three hours due to them putting our tires on another car! We will FOREVER be a customer of this Just Tires simply because they took care of us and MADE SURE WE MADE IT HOME SAFELY unlike their competitor. A million thank you’s. We will be cancelling our credit card with discount tire after being a loyal customer for 15 years. Keep up the great work, and again, we can’t thank you enough.

Mike and Justin were great. I came in on a Saturday which has to be their busiest day of the week with a nail in my tire and they were still able to get me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price. Next time I need tires or breaks I’ll be going to see them!

Mike and Ken are the absolute best ever. I brought my car in for new tires and asked to have my brakes checked. Long story short I needed new brake pads and rotors. Ken had them replaced gave me a great deal on everything and to top it off they stayed pass their 5pm closing time. These guys are great!!

I Could not have had a better experience. I drive a Camaro and there is/was a tire shortage for my rear tires. The dealership was not able to find what I wanted so I called just tires and they went to work. They searched all over and finally found tires in Apex. They Drove all the way out to get them and brought them back for me to purchase. Huge weight lifted off of my shoulders! Best customer service I have received in a long time.

Extremely courteous, timely, respectful of your time, and take the initiative to inform customers. I had an inspection scheduled, and not only did they take the time to call me to inform me that their machine was down, but also about the extension on taxes and expiration due to COVID. In my experience, other places would’ve let me come in for my appointment and tell me after I got there. They also got me in 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment for a new tire because I was going out of town. The work was done within a half hour and very reasonably priced.

Ran into a problem producing a receipt for the alignment I got done withing 3 months of buying 4 new tires. Goodyear still warranties my tires and Just Tires worked with me on a 3 year alignment plan. So Im extremely pleased with their work all the way around.

OK but needs more work on customer service skills

Yesterday, I brought my car in for a brake check as I was certain I needed new pads. I was shocked when they called to tell me that no service was needed, because I had plenty of life left in my brake pads.

Mike and Joe saved my bacon today. I arrived moments before closing today with a large hole in my tire in the middle of a rainstorm. Even though it was time to close, they and their team stayed late to solve my problem. This fantastic service is one of many reasons our family brings our business to Just Tires in Wake Forest.

If you want rude customer service this is the place you will want to visit. I called to check on the price of an oil change and was quoted a price. When I arrived to drop the vehicle off I was told they would not honor the price. I was told the person that quoted the price was not there and the price would not be honored. It would not have been so bad but the attitude that the employee displayed was what made it so hard to take. I have to explain the level of service from the beginning hat I received upon arriving at Just Tires. When I walked in there was a customer ahead of me and as they finished I stepped up to the counter and I stood there for quite sometime before the person sitting starring at the computer acknowledged me. Never did he look up and acknowledge me in anyway. After the long wait he looked at me and said what do you need. I told him that I needed an oil change and he started the RO process and then the phone rang and he proceeded to answer the call which took at least 5 minutes while I stood waiting. Again never acknowledging the time that I had been waiting. With the level of customer service and the fact that the did not honor the quoted price I ended asking for my keys back and walked out the door. I will find another place for my service work that offers customer service. I should have not went back after I took my car there the last time and I was told that it needed an air filter and brakes front and rear ($800)which I declined. After getting the car home I pulled the air filter and pulled the wheels/ brake calipers only to find the filter was just fine and the brakes have plenty of pad left on the front and rear. Customers beware prices are not what they quote and they are not honest in their assessment of services needed. As I stated Just Tires wins the award for rude customer service and deception.

Ordered tires online,and made appointment. Get there on time. Have my name and thats all info. Wait 2 hrs for tires to be put on. People coming in and done before me. Finally 2 tires are put on. Check out comes and they want me to pay again. WHAT! I paid online already. They have me sit down and wait more why they try to figure it out. REALLY,Still waiting.

Ive been given incentives to come back to this location when things didnt go ideally within the last few years. So they try with their customer service, Ill give them that. Their lack of communication will cost you a pretty penny, and youre more than likely going to have sales associates talking over each other, and you, while conducting business. They are however, timely. Maybe because they dont listen or explain things well?

Messed up tint after told not to roll down the windows

I needed 2 tires. I was charged over $390 for them with a warranty and front end alignment. They replaced my back tires leaving the bald tires in the front of my car. This place used to be my favorite. I just cant see ever giving them my business again!

Three employees outside smoking upon arrival. Nobody inside at the service desk. No cars in the bays. Once someone finally came in from smoking I was told it would be over an HOUR to simply rotate and rebalance my existing tires. It gets worse....they were going to charge me over $80 after tax for just a rotate and balance!!!! I see now why the parking lot was empty. It only took a competitor an hour to completely remove my old tires, remount the new ones, balance them and install on my vehicle.Never stop if the parking lot is empty. It’s usually empty for a reason.

I used to be a fan of this location, but Im not so sure any more. Ive had great service here: the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive had tires repaired here and bought three sets of new tires for three different vehicles. They have a policy of offering a free tire rotation for new tire purchases, and I thought I would take advantage of that on my latest purchase. I arrived at the store at about 3pm, hoping to beat any rush. There were practically no cars in the parking lot and only one other customer in the waiting room. I figured it would be about 15 minutes. Nope. The guy who checked me in told me it would be about an hour. It was 4:45pm before my car was ready. 1 hour and 45 minutes to rotate the tires. I am extremely disappointed in this. I suspect because I was there for a free tire rotation (my car is an electric vehicle and doesnt need an oil change) I was put in the back of the line and given the lowest priority. Sorry, but that kind of customer service doesnt cut it with me. If time is money, then my free tire rotation ended up costing me quite a bit. In the end it just wasnt worth it.

Went there to just get tires and after an hour and a half they took me in the back to show me how dirty my air cleaner was and said I needed an oil change on oil that hadnt even been in the car 500 miles yet. They hadnt even started on the tires so I told them to put the filter back in and left. I wish folks would live up to thier namesake and promise rather than always trying to get you to spend more.

I used to love this location, but I think something has changed. The service I went in for was fine with no issues, but they found an unexpected problem and the price quote for the unexpected repair was absolutely outlandish. I felt pressured to get the repair done immediately, even though it could wait a bit. I think they were trying to scare me into spending way more than I needed to. This is not reflective of my past experience with them. But I dont know they I can trust them, anymore, and I likely will not be going back. Sad. They used to be great.

I did business here twice in two weeks. The second visit was suggested during my first visit by staff. When I arrived for the second visit, staff had a completely different opinion and a totally different quote. Both staff cant be right. I plan to not return to somewhere I cant trust.

Just Tires is my go-to place for oil changes. Ive got a Ram 1500 and I run synthetic blend. If you make your appointment online, you get a discount on the oil change and it comes with a free tire rotation. I generally get the first available appointment in the morning (8:30AM) and am usually done within an hour.

Parts on the car are stolen/missing, only to find yourself coming back to them with issues on your car. Watch out for issues on your car after an oil change! I wouldnt let any of them working there touch my new car ever again.

I went there today after a very upseting visit to a Walmart tire center. Basically, Walmart was trying to rip me off and Just Tires saved my DAY!!! Miss. Keyona and Mr. Daniel were so sweet. Miss. Keyona caught me outside with my face wet and red before i even made it to the door. Took my tire and with the help of Mr. Daniel was able to figure out what was wrong. Mr. Daniel patched my tire with ease and quickness. I left happy and smiling. Amazing Customer service. If it would not have been weird I would have hugged both of them!!! Yall are amazing!!!! Scheduled 2pm appt to have one tire applied (had flat tire). It 2hrs and 3 minutes. Nice folks working the desk, but unacceptable excuses on why it took over 2hrs. No appology, just said thats how it happens sometimes sir, nothing you can do about it... I would come back, but only if there is no other alternative whatsoever

My car cut off while I was at Sonics drive-thru next door. I walked over and asked if Just Tires could help. Vance was great! He jumped my car and let me know what he thought was wrong with it. He was honest and upfront and although they wouldnt be able to fix my problem I was allowed to leave my car there while I searched for a tow truck. Thanks, Vance at Just Tires! The Just Tires in Wake Forest is the worst of all the Just Tires Ive been to. Super slow, worst service and never have enough employees working. Dont even think about getting an oil change when there is no one else waiting. They will tell you to wait for two hours with one car in the bay. No walkin available. They must be doing very well at this loctaion. Two employees workings.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They overfilled my oil by a quart, did not top of any other fluids like most other places will do, and overinflated my tires which causes premature wear. They also told me I needed new rotors. I went to another place and they told me the rotors looked almost brand new and that the problem (which ended up being much cheaper) was not my rotors. I would not recommend their service to anyone!

A month ago, I purchased 4 new tires and had an alignment (my car hasnt driven this nice since I bought it). The service was quick, educating and friendly. Today, in messy weather, I found myself with a popped tire thanks to a pothole. After calling, Mike assured me they would take care of me if I made it in. Upon arrival, they squeezed me into their busy work load. Since I had just purchased the tire, they gave me a deal on a new tire and fixed me right up even though it was no fault of their own. Its service like this that makes loyal customers. Thank you Scott and Mike! I highly recommend this location!

One tech almost crashed my car into a car entering the lot. Who doesnt look behind them as they reverse?? One guy always is a jerk whenever you ask him a question. Always being told I need this and this and that and this. Always very time consuming.
