I have purchased from Bob for over 10+ years. If i ever ran into an issue, he would promptly come out, approximately 30 minutes to my home, to service my appliances. Recently, I purchased a dryer from his son Bill and he is just as professional and hardworking as his father. I highly recommend them. Good people.

Our washing machine broke and I called Bobs and his son took the call. Bob was great as my wife and I have bought 2 washers and 2 dryers from him in the past. The last washer lasted 10 years until it broke recently. Bill is a chip off the ol block and he was able to come out the same day I called and was able to repair the washing machine...good as new! Bill and his wife are very friendly and it was obvious Bill is an expert at appliances. I would highly recommend Bill and will call him with confidence in the future.

Will never do business with them again, washer did not work upon purchase. They had to come fix it before I could use it once. When we called back the second time to look at the washer again the level of customer service received was close to none.Actually none would of been better, they came into our home very upset and angry I have never met people so rude. After listening to them yell and rant about how we could have broken the machine,and ripped parts out from the washer, they left without giving us a price on repairs or anything at all. That being said I wont call them, recommend them, or allow them back into our home. Make sure to buy new appliances from people who care!
