Two years before calling WP Cleaning Services we had a hired another mold company to fix our crawl space and put a mold prevention plan in place. The company simply put a band-aid on the problem and two years later we had mold again! WP Cleaning Services came and finished the job correctly. They walked us through the process and finished the job in a very timely manner. They even provided us with a monitor so we can constantly watch the humidity levels from our main house. Call them!! I was in the process of selling my home and needed mold remediation. My realtor recommended another local company which i hired to clean the space underneath my home (not sure if I can name them). Come to find out they only did a portion of the underneath. After a 2nd inspector came through and mentioned the mold AGAIN, I decided to try and find someone else because calling the other company was not an option. I was fortunate to find WP Cleaning Solutions and Aaron came over 1 day after we spoke to check out the situation and give me an estimate. I needed the work completed quick so he fit me in on the weekends between his other jobs that were already lined up. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have found a not only CERTIFIED mold guy, but an honest one as well! The guys at WP Cleaning Solutions are AWESOME! Super friendly and did great work. My crawl space is now mold-free, clean and dry! I purchased a house that needed extensive mold remediation... they did this, installed a sump pump and dehumidifier, and then sealed the crawl space to prevent future damage/water problems. Despite multiple surprises (torrential downpours during the process, holes from tree roots in the foundation, surprise mold in other areas of the house etc), the project was completed in a timely fashion. I have already referred them to several friends and will continue to refer them to anyone that wants their crawl space sealed or has problems with mold!
