Had no idea getting in a van was this much work, but Billy made happen. Outstanding gentleman, no nonsense kind of guy! He’ll take care of you!

We discovered that our rental van had a flat tire. Avis arranged for towing service. Bill promptly responded and had to deal with tight conditions in a parking garage. He was able to inflate the tire enough to allow driving out of the garage and then worked out details of towing to the Avis lot near the airport. He kindly offered to drop me off at the airport to pick up a replacement vehicle and spent considerable time searching through the road construction to get me to the correct office. He efficiently took care of the work and went beyond his responsibilities to help us out. Being on vacation in an unfamiliar area, it was reassuring to receive such great assistance.

William, the owner of the company, was very courteous and professional. I have a lifted vehicle with oversized wheels and he took special care when towing my truck. No damage or problems where found when picking up my truck from his lot. Need a tow? Contact this company!

Very good people. I called to request a local tow to a nearby shop because I had a cylinder 2 misfire. I asked if they were available and he said no but was more than willing to work with me. He asked me what was wrong with it and told him about the misfire. Right then and there he explained to me what the problem could be and since I had already changed the spark plugs he suggested try replace the coil pack. Turns out that was it!!! So instead of trying to get money from me for the tow he helped me figure out how to do it myself and not even need the tow !!! Love the service even though I didn’t even get a tow. I will for sure be going to them if I ever actually need a one 😂 🤙🏼

The driver, Billy got to me within half that time.I even locked my keys inside my van as he pulled up and he opened it up for me no extra charge!Billy is a very friendly person and very professional, he got me on my way quickly.

Don’t use these other tow companies. Billy was amazing. He has base access so you won’t need to sign him in. Not only did he tow the truck but he got is working and checked the brakes to make sure it was safe for my children and I while my husband was deployed! Im on island for business and needed a jump this morning because I failed to turn off the lights on my moms car last night. No one had cables so I Googled towing companies as waiting for insurance company to answer call was a pain. Found B & C Towing and liked the reviews. Best choice ever! When I initially called, he was in route to a pick up and actually referred me to another company or suggested I try someone closer to my location. He ended up agreeing to swing by after he picked up a govy. Gave him the adress and waited. He called back asking for directions as he had gotten a new phone and maps wasnt working. So we went old school with piss poor directions (things have changed since I last lived here 20+ years ago) and he was able to find my location. From my intial call to jump starting my moms car, 30 minutes tops all the while towing a govy! Billy is very friendly and professional. He even suggested submitting a claim with my moms insurance company for reimbursement for roadside assistance! In my opinion, Billy went above and beyond and I highly recommend him if you are ever in need of assistance. The best part is that although he is a retired Marine, he countinues to serve with a good and honest heart. May God continue to Bless him.

Bill is one of the best Towing Company Owner & Operator I have come across. You can depend on him to be on time providing the best customer service I have seen. I have use other towing companies they don’t even came close. He took my vehicle to C&C Motor Vehicle Control Section (MVCS). We left at 11 from Mililani and arrived at MVCS on Kapahuhu Avenue on time to clear the inspection. He waited till I got all the documents completed and made sure I was taken care of, now that’s the customer service at its finest he cares about his customers. Once done we headed back to Mililani to drop off my vehicle. The price he charged was reasonable and I would use B&C Towing again. I can’t say enough good things about Billy and B&C Towing. We were broken down up in Haleiwa, miles from Honolulu on a holiday afternoon. Billy showed up promptly, hooked our car up quickly, and was the friendliest and most professional tow truck driver I have ever met. When I called Billy I failed to explain the reason I needed a tow, three lug nuts and studs had broken off of my passenger rear wheel and I needed a tow to a shop. When Billy arrived he assessed the situation and he was still able to effectively and safely tow the car 7 miles to the shop. He was very skilled knowing how much to lower or raise the car when coming off of a driveway, my car is lowered so it was very comforting knowing that the car wasnt going to scrape. After a very long and taxing ordeal getting my vehicle towed USAA finally called Billy.Very prompt service and very quick on getting the job done. I waited 2 and a half hours for the first company and Billy was there within 15 minutes at midnight time frame. I have already recommended to USAA roadside that he is the first person they call. Billy was incredibly helpful! B&C was contracted by my insurance, and arrived much faster than they estimated- he was extremely effective, and got us hooked up and on the road quickly. He connected us with a locksmith who who ended up saving us around $200 over the service recommended by the insurance. After dropping me and the car off, he even gave my passengers a ride so they didnt have to wait around, and came back to check on me before he went off. We were all absolutely astounded at his kindness, and he made a frustrating and stressful situation a kind of fun adventure. I cant recommend Billy enough.
