Love city nails 💅😍my go to is Bee, Mike or/& Sandy love their work and they are awesome

When I first moved to Oahu, I tried 4 or 5 different nail salons in the area before I found City Nails. They are wonderful and so well priced! Everyone who works there is so friendly. Its a smaller salon, which I like. They dont have tons of people working there, maybe only 6 or 7 who work there regularly, so its easy to get to know the people working on you. They dont all talk in a foreign language to each other either, which I appreciate. Sandy and Bee are my favorites but all the people who work their are great and very very good at what they do!

Excellant nail artist...Mike!!! This guy is talented, patient, detail oriented and a pleasant guy to sit with....major plus when ur sitting for almost 2hrs!!!! Definitely my go to nail artist!!!

The young girl that sits in the last chair is absolutely slaying nails!!! I like my nails narrow coffin shape with all white gel polish and she literally does them perfect EVERYTIME! I wish I had a picture of the her work close up by for now check these beauties out! I’m very picky and she does my nails with ease! So happy I found her 🙏🏾

Very Clean. I was just waiting for my relatives but the 2 employees, Mike & Bee seemed efficient, friendly and super fast on their service. I would definitely return.

Im a review queen! I thrive off of establishments who have awesome reviews! So after struggling with finding a good nail home here I decided let me give Hawaii one more chance and I found this place, read some reviews did some soul searching and I decided why not! I went on a Thursday it wasnt busy at all. I walked and immediately was greeted and seated, at the end I found out that I was blessed by the infamous Mike! Im absolutely in love with the establishment its service and quality work! Im here for the next three years and I will only come here for now on 😍😍😍

I went there for the first time because of all the good reviews. My experience with them was different within two days of having my nails done with gel polish they peeled, all of them. They redid them after fussing about it and within four days they started peeling again. I don’t know if it’s the substandard product they use or if it is the way they apply it but I do not recommend this salon at all.

Definitely looks are not everything not a perfect location. Yet staff is unique in there creating ideas

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been to. I have been going to City nails since last October and did not have any major problems. Once or twice I had gone in when my polish chipped after one day and asked for it to be fixed as many places will do. Recently I had made an appointment with Mike and he messaged me on Instagram saying that I was double booked and that they had to cancel my appointment. Then today I called and made an appointment to get my nails done because my anniversary is coming up and then I receive a message saying that they cancelled my appointment because Im too picky. That is not good customer service, and if I am paying $100 to have my nails done, I expect it to be nice and last at least a week. I am very disappointed in the treatment I have received here and hope that both Mike and his girlfriend Bee know that this is not a way to run a business or how to treat people. First lying and then making an appointment and canceling. Unbelievable.

They always make my big toes happy and noticeable with the dimensional nail art designs...😉😀💅

Got a pedicure, will be going back! Very friendly and did a great job.

This nail shop is really a joke! I got a full set with a pedicure. The nail tech literally did nothing but put tips on my nails no hand care at all. Then they charged me extra to remove the nail polish on my toes even though I was paying for a pedicure. I wish I could have given them 0 stars. Will not be returning back. I left there and went to another nail salon and paid for a manicure.

I go here once a month. Mike and Anna are our go to people!
