We encounter a poor and rude customer services earlier, as we go there past 4pm. The lady on the second counter by the table areas was very very rude,have bad attitude and sassy. We wanted to send money from my sister-in-law for our house and lot buyer in the philippines and for the investment also. The lady is extremely really rude,sassy,jealousy,bad attitude,poor customer services and impatience. Its seem like she was so jealous for the amount to be send out. She didnt even answered our questions good and the way how her tone voice toward us, that,you cannot do that,you cannot do that. So epic failed👎🏼,,,so my boyfriend got mad and tell her how to treat customer right and we when to another remitance close by,also and finally we got it with being patience no matter how busy she is. Never recommended this to anyone else. rather go to someone else and dont know how to treat a good customer services and also we need a people who willing to help us out for business no matter how easy or difficult the transaction are.. Because the lady dont deserve to work there at alls. She should get fired, instead, for being so rude, impatience,and poor customer services. I wish,I could get her name, so i can mention her name so management can able to take action with her attitude toward customer. If she very tired why dont she walk away for now and take a break in the breakroom and come right back for a moment no just put anger toward customer. Customer always does right. If wasnt for us(customer),you are nothing and jobless.You got pay in the business because of us. So treat us good. and put away your ugly or frown faces toward us.Cause we dont need that in the business. put that in your mind, poor customer services by the second counter close by the tables and door. Poor customer service. One lady is so sassy and always look mad. Not recommended this place. I’d rather go to other remittance.
