As production manager for Tour for the Troops I have had the pleasure in working with Jack Hufstetler and his staff on multiple occasions over the years. Jack and his staff have always been consummate professionals and treated us like family. I do NOT say this lightly, as dealing with different branches of the military can be very difficult, but Jack always finds a way to remain grounded in the middle and treat both sides as his # 1 priority and primary client. I will always look forward to working with Theatrix, and anytime I am in need of production, Jack will be my first call. I recently toured Theatrix Hawaii and spent time with owner, Jack Hufstetler, and his senior staff at their warehouses and office. Having been in the event business in Hawaii, I am keenly aware of the needs and requirements of the customer. I was very positively impressed with the staff, facilities, and resume of past events.It was also very refreshing to know the relationship that staff and management have for each other as well as for their accounts.This is a company that is most certainly on the grow through their committment to top quality service, equipment, and love for theater and events.
