Update: I scheduled to have them clean my driveway after he did the back of my house.3 re-schedules later and got no call or communication until later in the days he promised to show up.Then promised to come out Sunday morning and I told him it was the last chance. No show again! He only responded after I sent him a text of, well? Pretty angry about this.Eric did a great job. Power washed the house and washed all the windows at a fair price. It looks fantastic. Other companies like Perfect Power Wash wanted 3X as much money just because I have a nice house. I am having Eric back to do my driveway this Monday!This is a local guy who started his own business. He is trying to grow his business into something he can be proud of and make a great life for himself. He cares about his customers and treats them fair! Eric was very prompt in responding to my initial call and follow up email questions. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, and they were polite and professional. They power washed the siding and cleaned the outside of the windows and screens. I was very impressed with the job done, they did excellent work!
