These people are awesome! Very realistic, personable as well as professional, responsive, and really care to help find you a job you will enjoy. Every job I have gone with through Great Work, I have gotten hired in on and absolutely loved! They are also great at finding work within the week if you are looking for a job ASAP.

Elijah was extremely kind and also very funny. He made the interview process very easy and fun and he spoke to me as if Im an actual human being unlike most places who interview you. If youre looking for work I highly suggest you go through them!

I have worked with Great Work twice and they have always landed me a job. Kevin is the one I’ve worked with mainly. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in. But everyone was friendly and professional there. I really appreciate how quick Kevin got me my job. He would even stay over to make sure I would be able to make it there to pick up my paycheck. I’m definitely coming back there is I need a new job and the atmosphere is the same.

I honestly didnt know what to expect using a temp service. Jacci from the Wadsworth location is just a superstar. She went over & beyond & had me placed at an incredible job, in my field, in less than 24 hours. She roots for you, the communication is outstanding & she actually cares. My experience working as an office employee at Greatwork has been stressful, hostile, and degrading. I would never recommend any person to apply. Over the almost twelve months that I spent working here, management has demonstrated profound ineptitude and extreme prejudice.The inability to carry out basic math has led to workers losing a portion of their check or losing their check outright nearly every week. Management leaves for hours at a time, often in times of crises, with no notice or indication as to when they will return. Management does not assist in the daily workload but assumes credit for the work their workers do. Also, management creates an environment that is hostile and unproductive through the actions listed above as well as others, including: Blaming and reprimanding me and my coworker for mistakes we didn’t make. Constantly asking subordinates to teach them how to operate programs and carry out duties. Literally breaking office equipment in fits of rage during times of high stress. On one occasion I was asked if I knew how to read in front of the whole office and a candidate.On more than one occasion, management has made derogatory comments about a candidates gender, weight, ethnicity, and age. Not only does management sexualize their female candidates/ workers, but they encourage their staff to do the same. Management also bars candidates based on weight, age, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. On several occasions, people of a certain weight or age have been turned away outright on the premise that they can’t complete an assignment. Management discriminates against people of color for various reasons including and not limited to the assumption of felonious backgrounds and the assumption that these candidates have unreliable transportation.There are no other employers that I have worked for that have treated me and my coworkers so poorly. No others have demonstrated such gross racism and incompetence. Do not apply here, you will regret it.

The best temp work service company in Wadsworth/Akron area. They took care of me immediately and got me the best job Ive had in my 29 years. Great company with great people working. Highly recommend you go here if you need a job.

So this morning I received a call from JACCI and she had stated that I had missed my appointment with her and the client which I had very little knowledge about and also I did not receive a confirmation email confirming our appointment. I then began to say that I deeply apologize for the inconvenience I may have caused but she was so nasty to me and rude to me I have never in my entire life experienced a business professional talking to me in that manner and to top everything off she hung up on me please take caution when speaking to her or setting up an appointment she can be really unprofessional.

Jacci at great works is an amazingly helpful and talented person. Who on many occasions has stayed over so I could get my check. Highly recommend people go to her if theyre willing to work.

This is probably one of the most unprofessional places I have ever worked. I worked for a company called Mainstreet Gourmet through them Which is a food factory. I got VERY sick during my second week there. I STILL came to work because I was told if I didn’t, I’d be fired. So I came to work, in a food factory with a fever of 101. 3 days later, the manager told me to go to the doctor before I came back to work. So I finished my shift and the next day, while I was at the dr, they called me and fired me. Whatever. I was pretty upset but that’s how temp agencies work. Well today, I called to get a new job. ( almost a month after leaving Mainstreet). I wasn’t aware I called the wadsworth location (I live in stow) and the person on the phone (Jacci) never said she was from wadsworth. She just said there was a factory in wadsworth hiring and to come into the office. I ended up going in the Akron office and they told me I had to go to wadsworth. Cool. Whatever. Right after I left, Jacci called me maybe 5 minutes later and said that the front desk person at the Akron location told her I said this is a waste of my f*n time and that I’m not going and a bunch of other stuff I don’t even recall. I advised her I never said ANYTHING of that nature, cause I certainly didn’t. And that ALL I said going out the door was the address to the wadsworth office. She then called me rude and unprofessional because I “walked off a job” which I NEVER did. I explained this and she literally said “ you’re wasting my time. Anything else u wanna day before I hang up on you?” I’ve never felt such disrespect from people who are supposed to help you. Especially since I’ve NEVER been disrespectful to them or been rude at all. Jacci and whatever girl called her from the Akron office, are AWFUL people. I will NEVER try to work with this company ever again and I suggest none of you do either.

Ive worked through them 3 times and never had an issue. I was placed within a week of applying and was always happy about the jobs I got.

The staff here have always been very friendly and helpful for the past few years. It is a great place for someone who is serious about work and making good money.

They are always very concerning and supportive with the entire process.
