Never deliver packages until 2 or 3 days later need to improve this oversight its one part as hip it already

I expect nothing from USPS, and yet Im somehow let down every time I order something. It took me a week to get a package from Canton because it somehow ended up in Indianapolis and was stuck in Pittsburgh for over a day. Packages take anywhere from 6-24 hours to move at all, and tracking information updates very slowly.

Weve always had good service from the Wadsworth Post Office. Not sure why the previous post references socialism.

Try to call their customer service. Jeeeze, it an auto attendant that does NOT let you get to a human. Then democrats will talk about us needing MORE socialized services. They want to give big government our medical data when we see how well our they handle basic mail. NOPE..

Like almost every transaction I have ever had with the post office, it was absolutely horrible. They did not leave the package even after a form was properly filled out. Their website is unresponsive and not user-friendly. Same goes with their phone system even when you have issues and it does not recognize your voice and does not give you a manual input option, it will not connect you to help. It offered to let me leave a survey which when I try to I was disconnected. I will now drive in there personally to pick up my package multiple days after it should have been delivered in the first place, I cannot stress how horribly bad this entire system and company is, and the lack of care expressed anytime there is an issue which is often. Next time I will not purchase from the company I bought from who only offered US PS as an option, and I am about to let them know the reason why as well. Hopefully they do with my company did which is fully discontinue use of the post office.

Scan reports delivery attempted and notice left when they want to end the day early. Package did not even require a signature. I was here all day and have security cameras that can verify they never came.

Never again will I use USPS for anything. Here is why:I had a package delivered from Ohio to Indiana. It ended up lost near Pittsburgh, PA. I shouldnt have to say this, but Pennsylvania is in the opposite direction to Indiana. The USPS couldnt explain why when it said on my receipt delivery to Indiana it was shipped to Pennsylvania.I had my package sent out in March - it is now May. I find out that the facility that my missing package is at had a mercury spill. Now, I dont know why there would be mercury at the facility. This caused further delay to my package.From the mercury spill, I found out my pack is classified as missing. Not sure how this happened when I have a tracking number and they knew where it was before. I called the post master many times, and found no help. I even called the USPS customer care hotline, and still found no help. In my last call, they basically told me there is nothing we can do - it is lost.This is absolutely ridiculous! I hope no one ever has to have this same experience. My advice is stay far as away from USPS.
