My FiancΓ© and I thought we were going on a normal jewelry store trip; walking in and immediately being bombarded by bloodthirsty sales representatives, cheesy omnipresent elevator music looming overhead, bright blinding LED lights illuminating everything in sight, etc. It was anything but. At this Kay location, this LoKAYtion if you will, you will only find the finest, most natural salesmen working the floor. These two young men, Amin and Eric, seemingly somehow physically lift the pressure off of your shoulders of purchasing a piece of jewelry and everything that the experience entails. I can’t stress enough how I felt like I was talking to a couple of old friends while deliberating over what to buy. These two are NOT going to just throw the most expensive pieces in the store at you while hiding away the most sensible options. They just aren’t those types of people to begin with. β€œI wake up and look at myself in the mirror and say β€˜I’m going to make people happy today’” said Amin at one point. That really resonated with me. I felt so at ease talking to these two, I found myself joking with them, telling them about my personal life, even taking this picture below. Mind you I had just met them 45 minutes beforehand. My fiancΓ© and I were originally just going to get our wedding bands, but Amin and Eric were so damn smooth, we also got earrings and a necklace to match my fiancé’s wedding dress, and I put a ton of other pieces in my wishlist on my Kay account. I just can’t say enough about my experience here at the Wadsworth Kay Jewelers, and it was really because of Amin and Eric and their ability to just talk to you as a person and not a wallet, and make you feel comfortable. If I could give this place 6 stars like GTA, I would, but a 5/5 experience will suffice. Thank you Amin and Eric, I will definitely be back.

My husband and I picked out our rings at another Kays (Alliance--great customer service there and very friendly!), but the Wadsworth one is closer, so we have been using them for all our warranty checks and repairs... They have been amazing! My ring has had several issues, including resizing it, a crack in the gold settings, and a diamond chip that fell out of its setting... But even though Ive had to have it sent out several times, they have always covered the repairs 100% and are super helpful every time! Cant say enough how friendly they are and how willing they are to help. Thanks, Kays!

I recently visited the Wadsworth Kay’s location and I had a wonderful experience. Amin and Kate were extremely helpful. I never write reviews but because I had such a great time with them, I had to share. Amin’s sense of humor and professionalism made my visit at Kay’s memorable and they both were extremely helpful with finding the perfect treasures for my Christmas shopping. I would highly recommend going to see them.

This shop is great. Im so glad they opened in Wadsworth, so I do not have to travel to the busy mall location in Fairlawn, OH. Quick, convenient, and best of all, friendly service every time. The associates here are always glad to help and go above and beyond in every single interaction I have had with them. Also, they are very genuine, unlike some other store that are very impersonal and pushy. Great job at this location. Proud to have you in Wadsworth!!

Wadsworth customer service was great but the techs they use for soldering rings are complete idiots. Two times trying to solder my wedding rings correct and they keep messing up. Hopefully third times a charm or I dont know what Im going to do

The girls at Wadsworth are so nice! I go way outta my way just to go to this location. I think I pass at least 4 other locations just to see them. Very helpful in picking out new pieces also.

Very nice people helped me out trying to take links out of my two watches that other local stores (khols and kmart) refused to do unless I bought it there. And the kicker, they dont charge. All they ask for is a donation to St. Judes hospital. Now thats a company I can stand behind and will do business with in the future.

Courteous and knowledgable staff, always friendly. Ive purchased two time pieces from this store. My only negative comment would be that if you need a watch serviced, look elsewhere. I dropped off around valentines day and just got it back yesterday. I only partially blame the store because they send the piece back to the manufacturer. But little diligence was paid until I went in person to inquire about my repair.

Terrible experience sadly. I took my ring to the wadsworth location for my 6 month inspection. After the inspection I had my ring sent out to be resized from 8 1/2 to a 9. After I picked up my ring, 3 days later a diamond fell out!! Took my ring back to the wadsworth location, and they had no record of my ring ever being inspected or resized there!! I assured them I was there and they could check their video cameras for proof! I am on top of my 6 month inspections! Thankfully an employee remembered me because I’m pregnant and we spoke about my pregnancy while I was in for the inspection. So they corrected THEIR mistake in the computer, which I appreciate and was very thankful for. My ring got sent out again for another 2 weeks to be repaired. They assured me that they would look over my ring and tighten all the other diamonds so this wouldn’t happen again. Repair took longer than they promised, ( only by a day) and after having my ring back for only 5 days, ANOTHER diamond fell out!!! So today I took my ring to another location that is further out of my way but hopefully will treat my ring better. I am extremely upset and disappointed. My baby shower is this weekend as well my maternity photo shoot which sadly I will not have my ring for. Never once had a problem at any other kays. I use to boost about them all the time. It is very much uncalled for that I have two diamonds fall out in under a month after taking my ring to this location to be resized by 1/2inch. With all of that being said I will NEVER take my ring to this location again. I hate leaving a negative review but I don’t want someone else going through this.

Bad customer service. Dont try to have any charmed memory bracelets warrantied here. Ive been trying for over a month now. Twice Ive been in and the workers had no idea what I was even talking about. Knew nothing of the jewelry, couldnt find any info on my issue even though its been ongoing for a month. While I was there, a wo.an was there before me and she was livid, they lost her $1k ring. Just dont do business here at this location. Go to the summit mall they are very professional and much better organized than this sad location.

If zero stars was an option, Id choose that. Sent my wifes ring in to get resized. Called a couple different days to see if it came in and i gave them the spelling of my last name a few different times and they claim they couldnt find it. They spelled it wrong 2 different times I called in AFTER I spelled my name for them. To put the icing on the cake, I check online and it says they close at 9:00pm. I pull in the parking lot at 8:04pm to find a handwritten sign that says they close at 8:00. The lady just kept looking at me and a guy walked to the door and said sorry were closed. I said I just need to pickup a ring (which would have taken at MOST 2 mins). Still told me to come back. I will never do business at this location again. I will take my business to another location. I should have known better to take the ring here after my first experience where the sales reps were clueless on the sales/discounts they had going on when I was looking to purchase an addition to my wifes other ring.
