We had a store associate that spent a lot of time helping us in our search for printer. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what our needs.

On 1-29-21 I was helped by Rylee at the FedEx desk in the Wadsworth store. She was wonderful. Rylee walked me through the process, patiently, and with kindness. She was efficient and even helped me with a coupon when she saw my shock at the co$t. A co-worker, Judy, was close at hand when I had a question that Rylee was unsure of. Teamwork was evident. Very nice experience. Thank you.

Went in for a Ink pad, walked all around store, cashier was on cell phone, not once asked if we needed help, manager, I am assuming thats who he was, was very busy hanging up signs and was overall too busy to stop and ask if we needed help. There were 3 employees at the ink counter, 1 was sipping on drink, they were all to busy yo help as well. So we left, I understand why so many stores are closing with help like this.

I have had a lot of things printed at this store and never had a problem. Yesterday, there was a very tall gentleman working; he printed the poster I needed. Unfortunately, I told him the wrong size and sent an order back in again. I spoke someone else on the phone to clarify information after the order was sent. When i went to pick it up, they cut off the outside edges of it, and I asked it be done again. I was very polite. This time I dealt with a young man with very dark hair. First, he told me to get on the other side of the desk...in all the times Ive had stuff printed, I could see the computer screen. The tall man said, We can turn the screen. The young man ignored him. He was at the computer, so I walked back over to the counter to look at the cut off one. The young man walked back to me at the counter and tells me its copyright protected, he cant resize and reprint. If that was true, I should have been told no the first two times. He didnt want to make the effort to resize it. Im not one of those people who take being told no as being rude. He was rude, he didnt act sorry hed wasted my time.

Sam was very helpful at the service desk and he processed my order quickly.

Office Max is ok if you in a hurry. I prefer The UPS store. Copies are less expensive. Would I go back to Office Max again. Maybe.

Product arrived but the employee was rude and impatient and when I decided not to buy the 99$ set up . He was very rude. And I let him know. Apparently he had other work to do and wanted to get to it. The first person I had was nice but not knowledgable about how to ring the guarentee. So he was bothered when called up to help me.I was called before hand to try and sell me but I was with an insurance salesman.I purchased a laptop

They helped me make some copies. Because amazon doesnt do that, yet.To be honest I dont think there is anything office max could do ever earn 5 stars from me. They sell over priced stuff you should be buying on amazon with your prime membership. You could say it is more convenient to go to the store but really having something show up at your house in two days is definitely more convenient.Have tried to get black Friday deals here on data storage devices 2 years in a row here to no avail.Bottom line: 3 stars

I use printing services quite often and for a variety of types of print jobs -- booklets, calendars, copies, posters. Theyve always been responsive, helpful & quick, and Ive been very satisfied with the results.

Went in to buy a laptop. Was told you must order it online so I was pleasantly surprised when I got home that I had to pick it up at the store.... Drove back to the store to pick it up and it wasnt ready, then they started to rebox the floor model, it was never said that I was buying or they would be boxing the floor model. After I asked what was going on they said I would get a $20 discount for the floor model. I said no thanks and that I ordered a new machine. The employee did find a new one for me and said I would be called the next day. I was never called so I called and it was in the store. On my third trip for a $370 laptop and it took them another 15 minutes to find it.I will say all of the employees were very kind and somewhat apologetic but clearly some issues on how the place and website is managed.

I couldnt find what I was looking for. Even though it is a large store, they have just a little bit of everything. I bought what I needed online, at Amazon!
