Took my car in to check a slow leak, they showed me what the issue was and repaired it quickly.

These guys are awesome! Im from out of state and got a flat tire on the highway. After putting on the spare I called them right before they closed (not realizing) and asked if they had any tires for my car. They had two options and OFFERED to stay past closing to help me out. I am eternally grateful for their compassion and workmanship. Definitely recommend!!!!

Good place for auto or truck tire related issues. Would give them 5 stars except they are not willing to work on unconventional tires like my 15 inch tire from my tractor front wheel.

We were traveling through the area Saturday and got a flat tire. By the time we got the tire changed & filled with air it was 5 minutes to store closing. He looked at our tire & said it was not repairable. He checked the inventory & found us a replacement tire. We replaced all 4 tires & was on the road that evening—and he did this for us even though the store was closed. He’s a ten in our book! Thank you!

I took my Lexus RX 350 into Goodyear for an oil change and tire rotation. I expected at least an hour and a half wait to do the requested services as well as prefer perform a safety inspection. However I was presently surprised that it was finished within a half an hour. I highly recommend this location.

Wonderful people, great job done all the way. Had an oil change and they let me know that my alignment was out they have a 3 yr alignment this was a no brainer with all the pot holes we have here. And they did not try to sell me any unnecessary service. Again great job. I will be back anytime car work is needed.

This Goodyear service facility is among the best in the area! They have serviced several of my vehicles over the years. The people here are friendly and knowledgeable. We have had really good service and tread life from our Goodyear tires and they have lasted beyond the 60,000 mile tread guarantee. It has always been easy to schedule service, as long as you are not trying to schedule during the first big snowstorm of the year when everyone needs their tires changed. And flat repair is usually free!

The guys there were very very nice. They explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly, down to the pricing and the rebates. I was lucky enough they were able to get me in. Normally you have to schedule an appointment, and I needed at least 1 new tire. I ended up getting all 4 tires done lol. I found out they also do brakes and oil changes there. They are a bit pricey but for good all weather tires its totally worth it. Now I know for sure I wont be getting stuck in the snow this year, unless we get dumped on again.

I had a shaking in the front of my Ford F-250. It happened when I hit bumps on the highway. Other than that it rides like a truck. This is the first time I have experienced this in 1K miles. The problem I described was the whole truck shakes and the steering wheel bounces like an in balanced washing machine. I was asked if this happens at high speed I said yes I was on the highway when it happened. The man at the counter vibrating at high speeds was due to the tires being out of balance. I knew I had a case of the F250 death wobbles but he didn’t want to hear it or understand my specific problem. I said to put new shocks on too but that didn’t happen.40 bucks later I had newly balanced tires. But my problem was not resolved.

The guys at this location are amazing. My light came on for low oil and since they have done all my oil changes and I wasnt ready for one yet they topped it off and my windshield water fluid. Within 10 minutes I was on my way to work with no interruption to my day! You guys rock! Wish they had 10 stars I could check off :)

I have road hazard coverage on my tires I bought at a different goodyear store. When I saw a low tire warning at 5:30P, losing 10 lbs. in nine hours I was pretty sure I picked up something although I couldnt see anything major. With the Wadsworth store only being open another 1 1/2 hours they told me to bring it if I could get right there. Great service getting me in so quickly and finding that piece of glass in my tire and repair it so I wouldnt miss a work commitment the next morning! The speedy service was VERY much appreciated!

I wasnt impressed with the service.i paid top dollar for a set of tires.One of the tires was loosing pressure from day one.I stopped in to have them look at it.All the bags were empty.They wanted me to make a n appointment.I wont be back

Extremely difficult to have same day service. They dont always have low cost items in stock so try to upsell the premium items that are in stock. If you do not want premium you must come back for a second appointment after your items was delivered. They do not have enough techs to work on things such as alignment.

This is a great shop! They have long hours and are open on the weekends. Friendly service, good technicians and pretty honest pricing.

Steve the service manager here at the wadsworth Goodyear is truly amazing. This guy knows cars like no one Ive ever met before. He is an expert and a real professional at what he does. The difference between him and other repair stores is that he genuinely cares about your vehicle. I only take my vehicle to Steve !

Know I bought roadside and alingnment coverage then got nail in tire and they tell me I have no roadside and have no way to prove it ..Then rude to me when I say why would I buy alingnment and not roadside reply is why do people do anything in a very rude manner !...anyway love Goodyear tires but wont be back to this particular store!

Worth waiting a bit for excellence.

The technicians are nice and they have a good schedule but are still paid to rip off the customer. The services they preform are over priced! $16 per tire for balancing vs. $9 per tire across the steet for lifetime balance and rotation (Wal-Mart). After tax and a shop fee a wheel alignment costs $100+ . They added a $6 fee for some unknown reason and labeled it a shop fee. (Parts used during servicing, even though none were used)Took my car in for an alignment. I knew it wasnt off much. One wheel was off .6° out of spec. They did not adjust any other camber or caster issues, camber was static and caster was static. They literally turned an inner tie rod maybe 1/4 turn and tightened the bolt. $100 please. If they were an honest shop they would have printed the alignment paper and told me and showed me, the customer, that the one tie rod was just out of toe a little bit. Instead they got another sucker. Never again Goodyear. Save your money and take it to a local shop and have them do it for $40 bucks. The service was nice but the mentality of the business is not good.Now you might say well the customer came in and wanted an alignment and we gave him one and thats the price he knew before we started True I did drive it to the shop but after talking with the tech he should have checked the alignment (which is a free service they provide to any person) and told me the one tire was just out of spec. I had just aligned the car a few days prior but was concerned about my wheel not being 100% straight (it was off just a hair even though it looked basically straight) It would have saved me $100 and would have allowed me to return for future services with confidence and respect for their business, ethics, and morals. Instead I am left scratching my head as to why they would allow me to pay soo much for soo little.A very disappointing ending to another wheel and tire shop. Its the small things that make a big difference for these shops. Not an honest soul in the building and thats just sad. I rated two stars because in retrospect I should have only asked for an alignment check, I should not have assumed that the technician would inform the customer that such a small adjustment, easily accomplished at home in 5 minutes, would cost me $100+I wonder if the guy went to bed thinking that he really screwed over a customer? He probably slept calmly thinking he did me a solid. And thats the part thats really messed up. They train their employees to sponge any money they can from us, the consumers. I know I am not going there again, and I certainly wont promote their business to friends or family. In fact I will probably just recommend the few other local shops that do similar work but without the feeling of regret that comes with Goodyear. Finally I would like to thanks the technicians for providing the service they were instructed to perform. I hope that bigger companies and corporations can stop looking at every customer as a paycheck and get back to treating customers fairly. Good luck out there everyone. Never trust a work shop that deals in automobiles, remember they were built to break.
