Jessica thoroughly explained the whole process from the chair to the aftercare. She let me know what to expect and how my eyebrows would heal and change. I was surprised when I received “checking on you and explanation” texts over the next weeks around the exact time I started a new phase of healing. Before Jessica did my eyebrows, they were not symmetrical at all, one was even higher than the other. They look so much better now and I’m super happy with them. I have SO many wonderful things I could say about The Brow Studio- Waco. Jessica is so meticulous about her work. She takes the time to explain every detail to you and encourages questions. She will also explain the different brow options and explain why one would be better than another for the individual. Having my brows tattooed was the best option for me; it has saved me time getting ready and provided me with confidence.

Jessica is amazing! Over the last couple years my brows had become thin and light, and were almost non-existent. Jessica at The Brow Studio is AWESOME! I was able to make my appointment and handle all transactions from my cell phone . . . and it was so easy. The expectations for the procedure are explained well in advance and Jessica also explains everything before the procedure and after. She is very thorough and professional, which is what you want when you are getting permanent work done. Her shop is very clean and has a great feel to it. A little kit was provided that had follow up instructions for care, a post card with expectations of the healing process (to include psychological expectations), dabbing swatches, Dial soap for follow up cleansing, and after inked lotion. I am also getting my lips done in a couple of weeks.If you are going back and forth about the decision on this long term investment then I would highly encourage you to use Jessica . . . you wont regret it.

At first I was very skeptical about getting my eyebrows done. Jessica walked me through the entire process. She let me know what would work for me. Love my brows!I was never really good at make up so I never wore a lot but when I saw the powder brows I was sold. Jessica is a really nice person and very professional at her job.Shes always taking new classes for keeping up with new techniques. I feel so glad I got some brows now.
