I grew up in the wedding industry and can say with all sincerity that these are the nicest rental people you will ever meet.

Update: my niece received a personal call from the owner this evening. It was very heartfelt and we appreciated that she made it a point to call her directly to ensure everything was taken care of! She assured this was not typical service and was appreciative of our business. Again, impressed and appreciative of her efforts! Thank you!! :)The guy who loaded the tables and chairs onto our truck was super nice and professional. He did an excellent job loading everything and securing the equipment. My niece had a bad experience with the ordering process that seemed like a miscommunication and wasn’t handled appropriately. I hope it was a fluke as they have so many good reviews.

Great prices on rental for tables and chairs, they were really nice and even helped load all of it into the uhaul and unload it when we returned it. My only complaint was that the tables clearly had worn out over time so it seems they just cut circles the same size out of 1/2 plywood and it was cracking in places. Tables were very unattractive for a wedding luckily (and obviously) we were using tables covers.

Action Rental was the vendor we used for my daughters wedding. They were extremely professional and great to work with. They took my daughters vision and turned the venue into exactly what she wanted. They helped her get the exact look she was going for, even though she didnt know how to accomplish it. They listened to her and knew exactly what to do! Everything was Perfect and so beautiful. Great, Great company and family and I will use them again. I highly recommend them!

Hands Down the best wedding/event rental place in town! My now husband and I shopped around for the best deals while planning our wedding (we paid for everything) and Action Rental gave us the best deal by far! Jennifer was extremely courteous and full of great ideas! She assisted us with everything from linens to flowers at an exceptional price! We also cancelled our reservation at another venue (lost the deposit) and moved to Vera Estates, and still saved money!!!I was so impressed with the service, I come to them when planning corporate events! The team is efficient in set up and tear down of all tents, tables and chairs, bounce houses, etc.Overall, great people, great prices, great company!

We have rented from Action dozens of times and I am always pleased with the service. The owners know their trade, are very friendly, and, though I never have had any issues with the rental process thus far, I know they would stand behind their company.

Only rented table and chairs, but they looked nothing like the pic online. They are very old and trashed, very dissapointed and would have not rented them if I had seen them earlier, but did not have time to change. Nice people but really old tables and chairs, a couple table were unuseable .

I used Action Rental for my wedding. We picked table, chairs, 4 ft tables and the greenery arch. The tables and chairs looked nothing like the pictures online, they were very old dirty and very trashy . The 4 ft tables legs CAME OFF. The greenery on the arch fell off. They were 4 hours late delivery. Very unprofessional .

Went in a couple of weeks ago and I rented plates, glasses, tables, linens and chairs for an event for a catering service. I was greeted at the door and was helped throughout the whole process of my ordeal, I was showed other typed of linens that I could use for my event, and she gave me some great pointers on showmanship for my catering buisness. I was under alot of stress but after I left there i was left with a sense of peace because I felt my needs were met and taken care of. I have also rented several of there jumping ballons and been satisfied every time I go.. 2 Thumbs up.... Thanks Action Rental for being there!!!!
