Jim Moore is a very professional and helpful counselor. He has been working with me for over a year now, and I have improved so much since I started seeing him.

Counseling is great, scheduling however is apparently an issue... told two different dates and times for an appointment.. was told to be here at 9, now im waiting then ask why im still waiting to be told with an attitude that it was 930.. which was not told to me even on the reminder call..
