Super quick to get a document notarized. Charged $10 and I’m pretty sure all notaries can legally only charge $6. Not sure why the extra amount.

Just left this location and the owner is as RUDE as it gets when I would not carry my box back behind the counter, not heavy at all. I assumed this was their job since thats all they have to do. She told me to get out of the store when I asked her why she wanted me to do her job. Veery poor customer service, and disrespectful attitude.

I called with some general questions about a direct mail project Im working on; the woman I spoke to was informative and just a delight to speak to. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and added extra relevant details, too. It turned out she was the owner... I like this place but parking is usually taken right in front but its not a long walk if handicapped like me.

Great service

I go into this store today to ship a return back to amazon and this is not my first time. I get the return code and it says UPS will pack and ship for free which is usually how it works when I go to the one on 8th street but not this time. The lady at the front says you need the package it came in and the label. I said no it says you scan the QR code and that’s it. She was rude and was no help so I left and went back to 8th street to return it there, walk in guy asked how can I help and I told him the same without a package or anything he scanned the QR code and I was on my way back to the house no problems. I will not be coming back.

So very kind and helpful! clearly explained all of the best options for shipping, advised tracking which was only a dollar or so more (glad I did it!), and so welcoming! I’ll definitely be shipping from here again!Also, it’s great because you can choose between fedex, ups, and usps while also seeing what the best option price wise is!

I was the only customer on 5/22/18 and there was still a long wait. As the price is 50% more than the UPS store and the service is declining I am looking for better ways to ship my packages. The staff is very friendly at Mail Plus but friendly wont ship my packages. T.

Aweful customer service. I walked in with a heavy box and the lady watched me struggle with the door. The proceeded to tell me to walk it to the back since she makes no money on drop offs and if I can barely lift it than she couldn’t either. This isn’t the first aweful experience I have had here. Rude lady and no other customers in the store. I see why buyers beware.

Package was boxed and taped before price was given ($40). Way too much. Packaged improperly and broke in transit. Now 4 weeks and they are still failing to pay up on the insurance claim. Terrible business ethics and bordering on customer fraud. Would give less than one star if I could. Do not go here.

I have used thier services numerous times over the past years since the new owners took over. I have always been pleased with thier friendly couteous service.
