Love this place! Before joining I hadn’t exercised or lifted weights (on a regular basis) in a very long time. I was weak, flabby, and out of shape. It’s been seven months since I started training at Quick Hit, with Chris. He has made such a difference in my attitude about working out and eating better. My strength has increased and my attitude has improved. Now I look forward to working out! Chris cares and encourages his clients. He also gives great tips and recipes for a better diet and lifestyle. I highly recommend Quick Hit! It’s an incredibly effective 20 minute workout!

You definitely need to check out QuickHIT to fully understand how you can get a killer workout in only 20 minutes. It almost sounded too good to be true until I got to workout on the machine with the personal trainer Mike. It was by far the best workout I have ever done. I did most of the same traditional workouts I would normally do in a gym, but the resistance of the machine really pushes you to the max. It’s not like any workout I’ve ever been able to get on my own. I also was provided with a diet plan and they have a ton of supplements. On top of that, the facility is so much nicer and cleaner than any other gym in Waco. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get into shape.

This place is for real. I was not a believer when I read “20 minute work out twice a week.” So I gave it a try, and have been doing it for a month now and it is unbelievable. I go twice a week, and each time is between 15 and 20 minutes and I can even show up in my business casual clothes. I personally switch shirts out and put tennis shoes on. I have way more energy every day now. I’ve went down from a size 34 to 31 in the one month that I been working out at quickHIT. This place is so much more than a gym. I get text messages to remind me of my upcoming appointments. All of my data is downloaded instantly to my phone on my QuickHIT app. They are even helping me with my diet. They’ve given me a detailed meal plan built around what I need. I could just keep going on and on, but I highly recommend to anybody that wants to finally do something about their health and get in shape, to go check out QuickHIT of Waco.

This is the best workout I have ever experienced. It saves me time with a 20 minute workout only two times per week. I feel like I have worked out an hour and a half. Definitely worth trying. Staff knowledgeable and friendly, facility very clean.

Always an AMAZING workout. When I think I can’t do one more, Mike pushes me to it! Love that it’s only 20 minutes! I always leave with more energy and I’m always ready for the next work out!

QuickHit Waco was the best experience ever! I’ve been in many different gyms and the QuickHit 20 minute workout was the best experience ever! Totally killer workout in 20 minutes! Highly recommend.

My time with QH has not disappointed. A twenty-minute workout seems unrealistic but it is not your typical workout and until you have experienced a QH workout you will not understand. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable in regards to health and fitness. They are always a step away to ensure you have proper form and technique to get the most of out of your work out. Scheduling is easy, flexible, and convenient with their app. Definitely worth your time and investment in your health. Commit and results will follow!!

The strength I have gained from QuickHit Waco is amazing! 20 minutes is all it takes to get a full effect strength training workout here with your trainer. You see the weight come off and that muscle mass go up!
