They were very professional upon arrival, they responded very quickly after being told it would be a 45 minute wait time they made it in 20 minutes. Will definitely be calling woodys again if needed

I called at 2 a.m., got off the phone by 2:05, truck arrived by 2:25, and my tire was changed and all was completed before 3 am. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with any roadside assistance of any kind. Henry the driver was respectful and a genuine stand up guy. Wonderful experience, and I know I can call them again if anything ever goes wrong ! I’d give 10 stars if I could. I really appreciated this service!

Had to my car towed to a friend house and they came with no problem and got it done

I used this business to tow my van from Mexia to Waco. I was waiting for funds to transfer over the weekend and didnt have enough to cover the tow on the same day. Since I was out of state the business didnt trust me enough to cover the expenses once my money transferred a few days later. The van was taken and I was charged additional storage and towing fees before I could get it back.

The service was decent and the employees were helpful. It is quite expensive for what it is but they have to make money too so im not mad. Hopefully I wont have to be back but I would use their service again

Our daughter had a wreck while away at college. Woodys wrecker was called to pick up her car. Their driver (I wish I knew his name) looked after our daughter, asked her repeatedly if she was ok and even had her smiling before he left. On top of that they even came to meet us on a Saturday afternoon to get the car picked up. The price was very reasonable and service was highest quality.

They are very polite and careful with your vehicle. I have a low sitting bumper and I had gotten it towed by a different company before. They ripped one side of my bumper off. Woodys was very careful and had no problem with my low bumper.
