I took my car in and explained that my vehicle was overheating and that I believed that the water pump was going out. I also asked to have a complete tune up while my vehicle was in their possession.My car is ready in about a week. However, the only reason that I found that out was because, the day that I called to check on it, I was informed that it was ready the day prior.So, to make a long story even longer, I pick up my car turn on myA/C and guess what happens? Oh yes, my car starts over heating and smoke was coming from underneath my hood. I also noticed a random hose adjacent to the water pump that was just dangling, unattached.I called and reported my findings concerning my repaired vehicle. I was asked to bring it back in. After having my vehicle for 3 days, Im told that my water pump is completely shot. I suppose that I could have gotten upset but I didnt, I asked to have it repaired and that was that. I was never rude or treated so during my entire experience and to be quite honest, the customer service was impeccable. The actual workmanship to my vehicle is what caused me to rate this company as such.

My son goes to Baylor and I live in California. His car wouldnt start so we had it towed to the shop. They were able to fix his car even though they were very busy. So honest. We found our repair shop.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars then I would. My truck was making a strange noise so I took it to the dealership first and they told me that the part I needed was on backorder for 2 weeks. So we called Josh at Freddies and he was able to find it and install it within a day. On top of the availability they were over $100 less expensive than the dealership, and that was with me including a oil change and tire rotation.Every employee up there is amazing at what they do (especially Josh and Dave) If you are having car issues or just need to get a tire rotation and oil change, these are the guys you need to call. You can even eat free pop corn and watch TV in theor waiting room.They are very busy so I recommend you call and schedule an appointment. Oh and to top it off they are 100% local.

I called two days ago to ask if I could schedule an oil change & multi system check. They had me in bright & early today, which I consider fast scheduling. I am thrilled with my experience. The place is very clean, the waiting area is nice. The staff was very courteous and professional. I was offered coffee. The service was completed in less than an hour. I was provided with color photos of the condition of the car parts that were inspected, which is a first for me. I was provided with a written report that listed many things that were inspected and the results of the inspection. My car received a clean bill of health, which has provided me with peace of mind. My luxury vehicle is a big investment for me and I try to take the best care of it. This is my first visit to Complete Car Care since I’ve owned this vehicle. I am so satisfied and impressed with the service that I plan to become a regular customer.

Took it in because something was leaking. They ran a checklist and sent me pictures of my leaking oil pan gasket. Also pictures of my front tires wearing on the inside because of alignment and suspension issue (100,000 miles). Followed up with a phone call to discuss options and prices. Fixed issues promptly. I was driving across country when it happened. Car troubles. I found this place, a AAA approved garage and went to them. We are a family of five with three young kids in tow. When we got there, we were literally told that the shop is ours and to make ourselves at home. One employee gave our kids free snacks and drinks with pencil and paper so they can keep themselves entertained. The mechanic made us priority 1 so we may get back on the road as quickly as possible. I was taken to the work area and was shown what was wrong with the car and how it needed to be fixed. I hit an armadillo and the whole radiator was busted. I was constantly kept informed of the work being done and it was finished ahead of schedule. If I live in the Waco area, this would be the only place I would trust with my car. I went in to check my brakes which I had thought were grinding. After a thorough detailed check of the entire car they sent me a report with photos and then called me to let me know the brakes were just fine! Noise must have been a rock or something. All I needed was a couple of filters. I am impressed they did not agree I “needed” a costly brake job. Ca-Ching!$$$. Many shops are not so honest and ethical. I believe I’ll be back, thank you!

Ever since moving to Waco I have always used Freddie Kish to fix my vehicle. They always give me a full overview of whats my biggest issue as well as what might come up in the future. They always give me a great time frame of when they can not only look at the car as well as when they can complete any work needed.

I was blown away by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff here. It was my first time in the shop and they treated me like a long-time customer. They got me in and out and even sent me pictures and updates via text. I highly recommend.

Great experience, much better customer service than you’ll find anywhere else. They have a new system that lets them send you pictures of exactly what’s going on and let you approve from your phone. Dave (the manager) is a great honest guy and actually cares what happens to you, so overall you can expect a quick and accurate estimate of what needs to be fixed. Great place, highly recommend.

I had been noticing a coolant smell but no leaks. I wanted to have it checked out so I brought it in to Freddies, my first time visit. They had maintenance Mgr (Dave) come out and chk out my truck and right away he saw my water pump was loose and at the verg of coming completely off which led to my coolant smell. He immediately made room for my truck to be serviced, when they actually were very booked up. This could have been a major fix if Dave didnt help and get it all fixed. He knew I couldnt afford to drive my truck aby further or I would of been in really big trouble. I so appreciate them taking the time and explaining everything to me and squeezing me in to prevent a major breakdown. I will definitely be back for any further maintenance or just normal routine scheduled maintenance. Thank you guys so very much.

I have been taking 2 vehicles since I moved to Waco 1 1/2 years ago, not only do they have great customer service but they also do a great service on the cars and their prices are affordable! Jeanna went above and beyond to ensure our truck got taken care of late afternoon on a super busy day. I trust everyone over there with our family cars.

We thought we were bringing our car in for a free estimate but they charged $100 for part of the estimate without running it by us first. I didn’t feel like arguing about it so I just paid it. The total estimate was $2500. The most immediate fix was the brakes. That estimate was $1500. So, we left & got the brakes fixed at Midas for $450.

I know when I leave my truck with them, it will be taken care of. All the staff members are very professional and polite.

I have been bringing my car to Freddy Kishs for 4 years. The service their team provides, especially their General Manager, Dave DeRosier is stellar. I trust their advice and the quality of their work. I know that I will be taken care of every time... It is another year later and I still cant say enough about how blessed I feel to have Freddy Kish looking out for me and my car. Most recently I bought a new used car and they performed a used car inspection. The dealership was shocked at what they found. If you are purchasing a used car no matter how new it may be, have them do the inspection. Dave, thank you for all your help with my purchase.

I enjoy using Freddies for oil change, tire rotation, flat repair, etc. They are friendly, trustworthy and diligent. On larger repairs, they can sometimes be a little pricey. I have taken my vehicles elsewhere to get major repairs done, mostly for the price aspect. Also, I have had a few experiences where it was estimated that my car would be back to me very quickly, and instead it took drastically longer. Once where a few hours turned into two days.

These people are amazing! On a road trip across country, with a headlight problem on our Ram 3500. We called at 4:40, being 20 minutes out. They stuck around to work it out for us and did an exceptional job. Freddie was knowledgeable, as was Cindy and both were so nice to us and our puppies. A lot of people talk bad about them, but Ive never had a bad experience. I go here before Im a AAA gold card member and they treat me right. Lovely staff and clean waiting room. The pull your vehicle up for you when its ready, they talk to you about your vehicle and prices. If you need a ride home they have a courtesy van.

Im sold on this shop. As a middle-aged female, Im accustomed to being condescended to when it comes to cars. This has never been my experience here; they understand that automobiles and engines are not my area of expertise (and therefore thoroughly explain things), but they dont treat me like Im unintelligent because of it.That aspect is certainly refreshing and gratifying, but the main reason my vehicles will continue to be brought here is the customer service. I recently had an issue with my truck that I felt was subsequent to a previous service visit. Although Dave (very, very politely) disagreed with my assessment of cause and effect, FKCCCC nonetheless made it right. You just dont find that level of customer service these days, folks. I wanted to cry. I went from thinking that I was going back to square one in finding a good shop, to buying them lunch! Im definitely a fan.

Freddie Kish’s has been a very reliable auto shop and I can’t recomend them enough. I had my vehicle towed there and the next day they thought they had solved the problem. I picked it up and unfortunately it died again a little while after I got it. They were very apologetic and payed for the tow and didn’t charge a second fee for running more in depth diagnostics. Haven’t had the same problem since then

I have been coming here for several years and have had them work on two cars for me, and Ive always had exceptional service. Good, honest people. They even give a Baylor discount! I highly recommend and will keep coming back for all my complete car care. My only complaint is that they dont do body work! Ive had several collisions and wish I could have them do that.

When I came in, Cindy took a real interest in the car and left her desk to look at it with me before the inspection. I cant say more about Complete Car Care Center. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the work has always been done on time (or early), and the prices are fair. If you are need of anything from a flat tire repair to major work, I highly suggest you give them a call.

I was promised a phone call when a part came I, and never received the call, so I called Ron who stated, yes, part was in. I showed up for the appointment Ron made for me, for him to tell me they had people call in at 8m sick. He NEVER alerted me to this either. Despite the fact I needed my car fixed BEFORE Christmas, Ron did not care at all. The owners were not there at the time, so I do not blame the Kishs, but will be looking for someone who cares about my automotive needs in the future

I took my car in for tires and got a great price on Michelin Tires, plus at the time there was a rebate that I didnt know about, which saved me an additional $70. The staff there was very friendly and professional and made me feel safe. I also received a free alignment which was a in house special with the purchase of four tires. Another $74 savings! They told me I have a mileage warranty with Michelin and that rotations and flats are free too! When I need additional car service needs I will be sure to use Freddie Kishs complete Car care center for future needs. For years I thought I needed to take my car to the dealership where it was purchased to get the best care for my car. After a period of time and a couple of extremely dispointing visits to different car dealorships; I took my Jeep to Freddie Kishs and have been super happy with their work and prices. I will not take my car anywhere else.

I would never recommend anyone take their car here. I brought my car in to get my oxygen sensor, oil pan gasket and power steering hose replaced. I called ahead and discussed what I needed and that had bought the parts already. I also specified the time frame I had to work with and was quoted the cost of the repairs of $400 and a 3 to 4 hour labor time. After my car being there for 8 hours and after I had to ask how much longer it would be I was told that the I had the wrong part . why was out not discovered til 8 hours later?. ...because they didnt start working on my car till until I started asking why it was taking so long. Even after I was told it was a first come first serve deal. I was late for work and my car is giving issues I never noticed until I took it to Freddie kishs. My steering wheel feels stiff and I hear clanking sound coming from my engine. Waste of my money and my time. No one even tried to explain why it took so long and my car still isnt fixed. They didnt care just took my money.Its a shame that a woman cant get the same kind of service a man would for a lower cost.
