From the initial call to finishing up my appointment, Coleman & Coleman is amazing! No one likes going to the dentist but I actually enjoyed going here. From the extremely friendly front office to the delightful assistant and hygienist to Dr John and his associate, my experience was excellent!! I highly recommend this office. I myself have worked In this field for over 25 years and this office is the best Cosmetic Dental office I’ve ever gone to. Myself and my family have found our family dentist!

Coleman & Coleman is my favorite dentist by far! I used to get so nervous at dentists but ever since I started going here its been so much easier for me. The dental hygienists are super kind and really good at what they do, and the cavities I got filled were fast and easy. I can tell everyone at Coleman & Coleman is really passionate & knowledgeable about what they do, and my comfort is always a top priority. I would highly recommend this place!

This practice is AWESOME! Very friendly and responsive staff, and they take all the precautions to ensure patient safety and comfort during these uncertain times. I brought my 18 month old in for her first dentist appointment and everyone was so friendly. I fully expected my daughter to cry - maybe even tantrum - but she didnt! The team went above and beyond to make us both comfortable and ensure that her first visit was a pleasant memory for her. I cant wait for our next appointments.

I was blown away by how amazing the staff was. Sarah and Dr. John were incredibly compassionate and personable. Easily the least anxiety inducing dentist visit of my life. The office is modern, clean, and chock full of cool dental equipment. Everything was communicated clearly with me and my mental well being was as important to them as my physical well being. I have been going to this office for few years and they are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. I never have to wait more than a few minutes after checking in to be seen. I love Gillian as my Hygienist. She takes her time and explains everything to me as she goes along. I have been putting off getting my fillings replaced for several years now but they dont push for me to rush to get things done but more like a gentle reminder assures me when Im ready theyre ready. Jessica and Stacy at the front desk are both very patient and really great about explaining and breaking down insurance process and billing that I can understand. This is the first place where I didnt feel the need to shop any further.

I have anxiety with dentists based on some bad previous experiences. I recently had sleep dentistry done with Dr. Coleman. The staff is very professional and everyone made me feel relaxed and welcome. The procedure was explained to me in detail. I had very little anxiety on the day of the procedure. The day after, I had almost no pain. I would HIGHLY recommend Coleman Dentistry, especially if going to to the dentist is anxiety producing for you.

I have never had an experience of going to the dentist like I experienced at Coleman Advanced Dentistry today.The genre of “Family Dentistry” is obviously part of their entire mission. If you’re a first time patient, they give you a full tour of their facility so that you feel familiar. The DDS’s are very personable and treat you like a friend/family member. They don’t rush. They spend the time with you. And they are honest about what your care needs are. They don’t push services or products on you like many corporate groups do. It is also obvious that they are empathetic about some of the costs of more expensive services such as root canals or crowns. And when they present the costs of those needs to you, they don’t state those costs as an impersonal matter of fact. They are authentic about how those costs might cause someone to feel when they share them with their patients.Also, it feels like they took great care in how the place is decorated. Weird thing to notice but the office feels contemporary and the way they use the space in the office feels very comfortable. I bet that’s aimed towards making those who have anxiety about going to the dentist feel calm and safe.Each staff member makes you feel important. The company culture is apparent without even having to promote a mission statement or generic core values on the wall on some sort of lame picture on the wall or banner above the front desk. It just exists as part of the atmosphere.It is easy for me to want to come back and I already know that I am switching dentists and using Coleman as my primary dentist from here in out. So stoked that my friend referred me!

I’ve been a patient of Coleman dentistry for 4 years. This practice is extremely professional. The front office staff is always helpful and courteous. The dental hygienists andDr Coleman have been excellent. I haven’t had any extensive dental work or any major issues- so I can’t speak to that. However- I’ve never been up-selled anything or had treatment recommendations that were inappropriate. Overall- I highly recommend them!

This place is so amazing! I have unfortunately been to many dentists before that have either been rude, done a poor job, or even worse- both. But, Coleman & Coleman exceeded my expectations and some. I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness that everyone here provided; they made a dental office seem like a fun place to be which isn’t the easiest to achieve! They also recommend me to great places for an endodontist and oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. I got a few fillings done here about a week ago, and it was the quickest yet most efficient process I have ever experienced which was great.Thank you to you all for being the best!

Im not even sure how to put into words how amazing this office and Doc John Jr. have treated me since I became a patient at their office a few years back. I am 55 yrs young and a breast cancer survivor. When I came to the office for the first time my teeth were literally breaking off at the gum line after a year of chemotherapy. Doc John Jr. has been my saving grace. I am on a fixed income and my budget is extremely tight like many of us. He not only is so gentle and compassionate but always so upbeat and positive and very patient. I think the most incredible thing about him though is his generosity. He has done and sacrificed his own income for me in order to make sure I get what I need to have a healthy mouth and a confident smile. I truly leave each visit feeling like he truly cares about me. I have never had a more positive dental experience. The icing on the cake is his staff. They are the sweetest kindest and most welcoming and comforting staff. I cannot say enough good about Coleman and Coleman Dental!

Having had horrible experiences when I was younger I started going because they offered sedation. I had a boat load of work done knocked out with Dr Coleman and it was fantastic. I have NEVER had a negative interaction in the 10+ years. This place feels like family, they write down my preferences, they take notes in the chart to make you as comfortable as possible with your needs-music, blanket, even my preference in flavored tooth polish. It honestly does not get better than Dr Coleman and Dr John!

I called Coleman & Coleman in the midst of the Covid pandemic, due to a cracked molar. I’d just moved to Oceanside and heard about them through my sister and her neighbor. I left a message on their machine and promptly received a call back. The woman I spoke to (Erin I believe. I apologize for not being certain) was courteous, empathetic and professional. She got me in to see Dr. Coleman, III, right away. Once at my appointment I was made to feel as if I’d been a patient for years. Sarah and Dr. Coleman were wonderful, making my comfort and best outcome their priority. I had a temporary crown on the first visit and today I received the permanent crown. There was no discomfort and the crown fits perfectly.As new residents of Oceanside my entire family has now found our go to dental practice. Thank you to the entire Coleman & Coleman team. Had a recent need to see the crew at Coleman & Coleman. There was a small spot on the interior of one of my front teeth that I wanted To be looked at and I had been waiting for the Covid mess to settle down. I heard they were seeing patients again, so I called. They got me scheduled super quickly (next day). They were awesome as usual. They Followed all the social distancing and cleaning requirements. Made me feel super safe With their practices (I have a daughter who is immune compromised). I wasn’t concerned at all. Coleman Jr. got me fixed up immediately (same visit). Turned out it was a small chip between my veneer and the tooth where they meet. I can’t complain, have had my veneers for 19 years with no issues! Coleman Sr. did a fantastic job & People are still commenting on my smile 19 years later.

I canceled didnt even go. So not sure why this app would thank me???? Not personable at all so whats the point????I i would like to add that even though the app is inefficient the service that is provided is exceptional. Dr John is very personable . And is very concerned to my needs.

C&C are the Best! My wife has severe mouth/teeth damage due to emergency life saving impact by the paramedics, ER, and ventilator while in ICU on life support. We researched across the industry and were lucky to find C&C and Dr. John. They immediately assessed situation and started work the next day! Major multiple phase work yet huge immediate improvement! These guys are awesome!

The best...one of my crowns fell off over the weekend, and it just happened I had a cleaning on Monday (coincidence??) I was really nervous about the cleaning, but Cheryl did a great job taking care of me and putting me at ease and Dr John glued the crown back on. Ive been going here for a long time and its always like this. Without reservation I would recommend this place.

Once I had my initial consultation I knew I was home, I cancelled my other scheduled consultations. My feeling from the start was Dr. Colemans priority was my satisfaction and comfort. The best at Calming your fears. I, like a lot of people do NOT like going to the dentist, because of this It was a very VERY long time before I finally went in because of pain. I was told by another nameless dentist that I needed two crowns with two root canals. I of course panicked. I made the fateful decision to go to Coleman and Coleman instead. Im so glad I did! Dr. John calmed all my fears and explained that he would do his best to avoid the root canals. With their gentle sedation and calm welcoming office I felt like I was in good hands. Seriously the best dentist I have ever been to! I have referred friends and family with confidence.

Could not be more thankful for the work they have provided for me over the years! Years ago I chipped my front tooth. They fixed me up right away and it has been unnoticeable ever since!

The many times that I have been under Dr. Coleman‘s care I’ve always felt like he was very good and competent, including this last time. I just don’t understand why I was charged for it due to the fact that the problem he corrected was not caused by anything I did.

Dr. Coleman and his team are amazing. Im so happy with the repair he did on my front teeth after I did a face plant off of my bike. I broke two of my front teeth and he did a short term repair until my lip healed. I then returned a few weeks later for the permanent repair. He is truly a life saver.

Staff is very friendly and professional. The wait time was less than 10 minutes and I hardly ever have to stay longer than 30 minutes which is awesome! I come in and get cleaned up then Im out. Its simple, painless, and easy 😄

They were great to start out with but once I received by mouthguard, (and paid for it), they have been extremely difficult to get a hold of. They dont respond to phone messages. Every attempt seems to get postponed. Probably much better and more reliable options out there

Once I stepped into Dr. Colemans office I knew instantly that I not only wanted to get the Invisalign from him but to make the switch and just have him become my full time Dentist. My life has really changed since I found their office. My teeth look and feel better than they ever have and their staff is awesome! They are very nice. The services are just so so. Warning, be very careful when agreeing to have services performed that have been preapproved. They have not and you are ultimately responsible for the entire amount regardless of any verbal agreement. This happened more than once and was financially devastating and quite honestly fraudulent on their part.I expect to be able to trust someone I am doing business with. I cannot trust them at all and do not recommend them.
