When you think you can trust a person, you are not always right. Absolutely stay away from this place, you would be much better off going to the excellent skate park in the new Poinsettia Park if you want to skate. Specifically I am talking about Sara. If you need your ramp build fast, try doing a Google search and getting 3 more estimates before trusting your project to this place.
