Ive been here several times in the last couple months. Theyre consistently really good. I got an appointment with their notary for my sons birth certificate request papers, shipped a couple things to my mom, and sent out a couple things I sold. The longest Ive had to wait in line was like 5 minutes at the most.Big shout out to Gavin and Stephanie yesterday! I was having some trouble getting a shipping label ready from Facebook marketplace. They were VERY patient and understanding about the situation, even though it was coming up on closing time. Definitely recommend this place!

They overcharge... wanted to mail a small envelope that costs less than $5 priority thru USPS...they wanted to charge $7.80 for regular mail...what a joke

Have been coming here for years, was sad when the original couple retired, they were wonderful. Very happy with the new owner he and the staff are also wonderful. I will drive here instead of other shipping options because they are always on top of it, professional and helpful. Thanks for being here for our community shipping needs. Danny and the ladies that work there do a great job in handling all our packing and shipping needs. They always work with us to get the best rates. I help my daughter with an art business and they have packaged large and fragile items for us - some very challenging - but they never have a problem. I drive 45 miles to get a mailbox at this location. Of course I called first and asked what they needed to open one up... They tell me 2 forms of ID and a current utility bill. But after I get there the person tells me that they need more paperwork! No way was i driving another 90 miles.Plus boxes are only accessible during business hours.Place was pretty messy too.

I have done business with them since the late 1990s.They are friendly, courteous, competent, helpful and always trying to save you money. There are other similar facilities closer but I go out of my way to take my business there.A hard working and honest couple are the owners.You won`t be disappointed!

Walked in, waited, was not acknowledged, waited some more, and left. No way to gain customers.
