I called last minute for an appointment and he was able to fit me in instantly and had my phone ready in 25 minutes looking brand new! He also included a phone screen protective cover. I do not write bad reviews at all.But I believe if someone is doing something wrongfully, people should know.So this is an update:I came in for a cracked screen repair around June 24th, around…everything was fine. That’s why I first gave them a great review and the fact that I was asked to do it there on the spot; now I see why this place has so many reviews.July 18th, my screen completely doesn’t respond to touch. I email the repair shop to let them know; they told me to bring it in.It took me a little over two weeks to bring in because I don’t have anyone to babysit.So I finally go on August 1. I haven’t used my phone for anything; I could not turn it off either. So I had to let my battery die the day before.I bring it in, and long story short, I was getting blamed for dropping it. I am 100% sure I only dropped it a day ago and only a day ago.He then proceeds to open it and blame me for water damage that was the tiniest spot…I am also 100% that I did not have my phone in water.He lets me know its$180 to fix. Before that, I spent around $300 to get my screen and back fixed.I stated that I should get a new phone, which then he lowers $160. I then say that I need to speak to my fiancé, and he reduces it to $140.I took my phone somewhere else, and on my way to another repair shop, I noticed that he didn’t put my phone back correctly; the bottom screen was popped out.Once I took my phone to another repair shop, the employee literally fixed my phone in front of me. And he and I were surprised at the amount of things wrong with it.1. Screws that were loose and didn’t belong to the phone.2. The camera was loose.3. There was NO water damage!!!( After “Best Cellphone Repair” shop employee “showed” me, making me look a fool.)4. The last person to “repair” my phone did not seal the iPhone correctly.Like I said, I don’t write bad reviews, but this time I felt that I was taken advantage of and getting blamed for things that I didn’t do.

I had called before I actually went in & the gentleman by the name Luis was VERY polite and well spoken he told me before he gave me a quote on my phone to bring it in. Upon bringing my phone in he took a quick look which didn’t take more than 15 minutes and gave me a detailed description of what I had to do to repair it, he saw I was in a bit of a rush and wanting my phone fixed so he did what he could for me and then sent me on my way to one of his associates who could get me what I needed the very same day, if anything else should happen to my phone I wouldn’t hesitate to go right back to this business….10/10!! VERY SATISFIED

These guys were quick repairing my work phone (Samsung Galaxy 9 Note) they told told me it was going to be and hour but had it done in roughly 45 minutes! I had gotten quotes from other repair places that were ranging from $280 -$310 but these guys did it for 245 plus this past weekend they were doing a promotion for a free phone case (I got an Otter box)I will personally be coming here from now on!

Earned my business!Live up to their name !!So Im the type of person whos constantly dropping my phone and I always put it off repairing it because I dont want to pay $120 or $100 MINIMUM and just last night my screen cracked to the point that i could not open my messages or even put in my passcode because the screen wasnt responding. Me and my boyfriend looked and called various repair shops and no one would answer or the one that did answer said repair would cost $110 that being too much for a screen replacement we continued to look and found this little hidden jewel. The service was great, super friendly gentlemen, very reasonable price and the best part it was done within 30-40 minutes so I was able to get it fixed before I had to go in to work. Highly recommend, no longer need to drive up to LA or pay over priced repair shops when I can go and pay $75 in a shop thats in the same city. Thank you so much my phone was left like new and the color is much better now than it was from a previous repair. Thank you thank you highly recommend thank you guys so much! Keep up the good work!!
