Great! Great! Great! We were on vacation in Carlesbad, CA last week. My sister needed a scooter to keep up with us. We rented the scooter and thought everything would be great. She tested it out at the store it worked fine. We went to Old Town 45 minutes away. All of a sudden we had an issue with the scooter that could not have been predicted. John brought us a new scooter and battery. He actually drove 1.5 hours round trip to help us. We were amazed at his customer service for a relatively cheap rental cost. The scooter helped my sister a lot. We will definitely use this service again on our return. We can’t say enough good things about John and his scooters!
My wife and I went to American Wheelchair Center to find a power wheelchair for me. When we arrived, John met us at the door. He let us look at the power chairs on display and answered our questions abot the different chairs. When we were ready to try to determine if they were comfortable he helped me get into various chairs and test them in the store. When we made our choice, my wife wasnt sure if it would fit through the hallway and doors of our home. John offered and brought the chair to my home to test it out. Also, while we were at the Center, John received a couple of phone calls from previous customers and he made appointments to come to their homes after the Center closed. Needless to say I returned and bought a power chair and a lift for my vehicle. I feel I received the best customer service Ive ever experienced.
The best medical supply ever! they actually return your calls for pricing, and have quick delivery turn around times. Excellent customer service, i really like the staff. Theyre very funny and understanding. The new manager is very knowledgeable.
This past week I had new tires, a back and seat replaced on my Jazzy powerchair. The gentlemen there did a wonderful job even giving the chassis an extra cleaning and shine. They were very professional and kind. I have no hesitation recommending their business.
A few weeks ago I purchased a used scooter for my Dad who is in Sun City. Since I live in Michigan, I did all of this on the phone with one of the owners, John. He was so helpful on the phone a few times, during my initial inquiry and transaction. Last week my Dad thought he was having a problem with it and John was so Gracious in driving all the way from Vista to Menifee and back, to look in on my Dad, and to help him learn about his scooter. I realize that I had purchased a used As-is item that did not have a warranty, and certainly did not expect such Gracious service. I called John the day after his service call and he informed me that there was no charge for it, I was in disbelief of such Kindness... Thank you John and American Wheelchair Center !
I took an elderly friend of mine to check out motorized wheelchairs at this business & we inadvertently left her purse sitting in their showroom. Not only did we get excellent service from the staff while making our inquiries, but were humongously relieved to learn that her purse had been safely retained by the staff until we could come back & pick it up.
Wonderfu experience. Reasonably priced and delivered repaired wheelchair when promised. Gave me options. I would recommend this business. Great customer service.
My parents 1st called American Mobility (Not American Wheelchair) to look at my moms power chair that lost complete power. They came out and took the chair to their shop and later called to say that they would need to replace both motors for over $2000 or they could trade my moms fairly new power chair in on a used one. I found it hard to believe that both motors died at the exact same time. I called John at American Wheelchair and he agreed it was hard to believe both motors where bad especially considering the chairs age. We retrieved the chair and took it to American Wheelchair in VIsta and John fixed in on the spot, finding that it had a burnt wiring connection as well as a bad circuit board which he was able to salvaged from a used chair in the back. He was friendly and more than accommodating at making sure my mothers chair was operational again right away. Parts and labor with Am Wheelchair was a fraction of Am Mobility wanted and they wouldnt have even solved the issue! Go see John, he is knowledgeable, friendly, offers fair pricing and outstanding service!
I went in on a Saturday and John was most helpful in replacing some bad wheels on my mothers power-scooter, which we needed ready for Monday the 4th in order to go to the fair. He helped me take the scooter off of its lift on my car, remove the old rotten wheels, and put on two replacement wheels back on to the scooter, all at a very reasonable price. Throughout all of this he was friendly and for the most part wouldnt let me do much of any of the heavy lifting, saying that he didnt want me to hurt myself.Ill go back when I need anything for my Moms power-scooter or powerchair, and Im recommending American Wheelchair Center Medical Supply to anyone who wants friendly and knowledgeable service.By the way, the store carries an extensive line of power-scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, lifts and ramps, plus, it also carries lots of other assistance-accessories, going way beyond CVS and some of the other medical supply stores that Ive been to in the past.
Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Do not want to refund money for a new item unsuitable to our needs. hey refuse to refund $261.03when a prior week I spend $1900. not good people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great place
